I thought the pool was good with easy access and hotel location was also good with friendly staff.

The lift required staff to operate every time we had to use it to go anywhere so you had to make a call to ask for a lift service person. I had to wait a few for a long time and call the front desk again for a lift because the message was not passed on or forgotten about by reception so a bit frustrating just to go down for a drink or make a mobile call etc. they need a better system for this eg .. have done stand near the lift ready to go. As I noticed staff walking around who could have done this.

The rooms were quite nice, and the hotel was well placed close to a mall. The cafe had excellent food and drink, and we enjoyed a New years dinner there, to much satisfaction. We will definitely consider The Pinnacle again the next time we go back to Davao.

The aircon units had trouble cooling the executive suite we stayed in.

I had originally booked what looked like an amazing Airbnb which turned out to be horrendous. I then frantically searched for an available hotel and landed on The Pinnacle Hotel. I was so impressed, I booked an additional 3 nights there. My room was really nice and spacious and the bathroom was also really nice. The balcony was huge and had a cool view of G Mall. The staff were lovely and very accomodating to me and I really appreciated the nice stay.

The only thing I didn't appreciate was the air con in my room. One morning it started making a terrible noise and kept me awake. In the morning I opened the aircon to see what was wrong, as it sounded blocked and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned since it was installed - I did manage to correct the issue myself, however, so it wasn't all bad. Also, I just think for such a lovely big balcony, some furniture on the balcony would be lovely. All said, those 2 components are minor. The stay there was lovely and I really enjoyed the 'old world' charm.

Hotel staff is going above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable and the guests happy and that cannot be measured pool was very small but almost always no one there and we got it to ourself which was amazing it was like having your own private pool location is just outside g-mall in center of everything It is very convenient

well the truth is that the suite room had a lot of issues and is not worth twice the price the normal 50usd rooms are far better newer looks better , cleaner and are totaly worth it after alerting hotel about the many issues i had in suit room i got a free one extra night in the normal twin room and it was so much better. its newer cleaner, looks far better and is totally worth the 50usd with breakfast that it cost. that was very nice of the hotel to offer me this free 1 extra night and i just wish i choose the normal twin room instead of the suit from the first place with respect to the hotel i will not upload pictures of the suite room. but trust me the nornal rooms are fantastic.

The hotel is in the city center, which is very convenient for us. The room is huge for its affordable price. The staff was very friendly and accommodating which is a big plus! All in all I had a wonderful stay.

NOTE: You cannot bring alcohol inside your hotel room.

I like the ambiance, clean and have the feels, like home. It is a very flexible area because the food resto is just around the corner and the mall is just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Overall, it is comfy and the staff are very nice.

The room is super clean and well-maintained. The location is very accessible to go around the city.

The location was 12 min walk to Roxas Night Market, 20 min to Sta Ana Wharf for island hopping and 20 min to People’s Park. 5 min walk to convenience store. Lots of carenderia around

Bathroom needs updating

The restaurant has an excellent selection to choose from. I especially enjoyed the cordon blue. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone!!

The room. I booked for 1 double bed, however I got twin bed. The bathroom shower door is broken. At my first night there's no floor towel for a wet floor. No extra plug for an international charger, I have to run under the rain outside and find my own so I can use my charger. Just arrived for a long flight and I just wanna rest well atleast when I came at night.
