I arrived a bit late here but I was still greeted and assisted by the hotel staff. They're very kind. There are two single beds in my stay. I was kinda expecting a large bed instead but I just connected the two. I particularly loved the hot shower. The air-conditioning was nice. Also, head's up for anyone booking here, there's actually a pathway that you can take to get here along Mamay Road. You don't want to follow the Google Map's direction to go through Maharlika Hiway and Carmelite Road which will take you further.

I was greeted by a cockroach as soon as I entered the room. I killed it so no problem. After going back from breakfast, there was this massive gecko waiting in front of the door so I had to get in quickly. The place was surrounded by tall trees so that must've been the reason.

I like that the area is accessible to the city and airport. There are nearby malls and establishments where you can get food. The room was spacious enough and clean with toiletries provided. I like that they have hot water in the bathroom.

I was given the wrong room that has not been yet cleaned with used towels and empty bottles in the trash can. Despite this situation, we were given a cleaner room than before. They accommodated my request.

This hotel is a great value. 220 php grab ride from the airport. Wifi is strong enough for the phones. Woke up to no noises, aircon is working very well, and floors are spotless, as well as sheets are very clean with no stains. They are available late night and answer questions with friendly communication. I think booking prices are different for everyone, I booked under 900 php for the night.

The property is clean and I was happy that my request to have our room on the ground floor was accommodated as a PWD. The location was near to the places we needed to go specially the airport in Davao. Wifi is also really fast.

They have an excellent internet speed that ranges from 80 Mbps to 130 Mbps. They gave me a quiet room because it's the farthest room (away from noisy guests) and they are located in a quiet neighborhood. Their staff assisted me in getting a taxi at 4:00 AM because I had an early flight at 6 o'clock in the morning. Since it's pretty close to the airport I made it on time at the check-in counter before it would close. It's near Damosa IT Park so there are shops and restaurants that are open 24/7 and I love the newly opened Starbucks branch with a drive-thru option. I bought my essentials at SM Lanang which is within walking distance if you're not in a hurry.

Very affordable, great location to malls and the airport. Safe as it is situated inside the village and very accessible. Also lots of restaurants, coffee shops nearby. I would stay there again if I go to Davao. Also, the staff are very accommodating.

The room is tidy but they need to clean it well as there were ants on the table and a bit sandy when we walked on. I had to swept and cleaned up the table. Also, no hair dryer available. But decent place to stay in.

The staff and the owners were very warm and hospitable. The room itself was very comfortable and it had the practical amenities any middle class business traveller would find useful. Bring your own slippers for after work mobility to dine out or find snacks which are not even five minutes away from the hotel. Convenience stores are within reach and a Mercury Drug store is also just around the corner along with a few bars where a night cap is always welcome. There are a handful of parking slots for those who drive to and from work and the vicinity is surrounded by trees which makes any morning and afternoon delightfully shaded with the sound of a variety of birds chirping in the morning all the way before sundown.

Parking on a weekend is a bit tricky since you also need to consider the hotel being in a residential subdivision. Just find a spot where there aren't signs and inform the attendants where you parked and you'd be fine. The water heater was good but does get hot even at the minimum.

I liked that the accommodation was good value, it had everything i needed - air-conditioning, shower and a bed and it was the cheapest in the area. Everything was in good condition and i liked the added security of passing through a security barrier to get to the property.

Everything is good except they don't have an elevator. This is a deal-breaker if you have a lot of baggage and you're alone. Also, the bed is not that soft. Haha. I came from hiking that day, and it was exhausting; all I wanted was a comfortable bed. But considering the price I paid, everything is very good.

Just close by to the place where we visited . The property is situated in a Subdivision which is accessible by taxi or vehicles. There's a Television that all channels are connected by Cignal. I was able to watch my favorite TV program.

It's only a room with no free water . No electric kettle if you want to make coffee or hot drinks .
