Enjoyed their clean and cozy rooms with courteous and friendly staffs. Its conducive location being almost adjacent the airport is an advantage. Will always be a great choice to stay during every business visit in the city to find rest end of the day.

We booked 3 rooms and stayed over during Christmas and it was great, food for breakfast was good too, and the rooms are tidy and spacious, good for 3 people. Staff were lovely and were very helpful. Location is so close to Dipolog airport and close drive to restaurants and malls. Overall a great stay!

The hotel is around 200m from the airport...but quite far from the city center, you may pay around 50-60 pesos per trike ride (one-way). I loved the daing na bangus at the Chloe bistro. There is a coffee shop and a pool.

They could have improved the check-in process. I informed that I may arrive early and I received info that it will be taken care of. However, when I arrived, I was told that perhaps my request was forgotten hence I have to wait for almost 3 hours. Another downside is the WiFi connection, it was a struggling experience.

The hotel was quite clean, and at a good location near the airport. The town proper isn’t that far. I like the fact that it’s only a two-story building, with a big garden and lots of plants. The food at their restos and cafe (puto Maya set!) was also quite good, with polite and attentive staff. The front desk and housekeeping staff (Rocky!) were friendly and efficient.

The hot water in the shower wasn’t working and the bidet was leaking.

The room was nice and clean. All the staff were kind and polite. Borrowing a hair dryer is free.

The complimentary breakfast was quite limited. Only 3 choices, along with unlimited coffee and juice. There's also the continental breakfast if you prefer fruits.

Ariana Hotel Is just a stone throw away from the airport. You can literally walk to the airport for less than a minute! As Dipolog is a small city only, this is a good place to stay with good fine dining restaurant. The food is very good.

The lighting of the room is very warm yellow. They should replace some bulbs with cool white especially at the working/desk area.

2nd time staying here will stay next time in dipolog very close to airport only 2min walk great staff all very helpful and friendly

Its so convenient for airport travel.. also its pleasant surroundings.. very comfortable location

Its actually isolated from stores so a schedule suttle to town would be nice.. but everything was exciting

The current situation with the WiFi only available outside the room's needs to be addressed fast as many guests were complaining about the lack of WiFi in the rooms and they can't keep blaming COVID for the delay in responding to this problem
