The location is nearer to the airport than other hotels. The cafe downstairs, Brewedways, serves excellent coffee. My room had rustic vibes and was very cozy. I loved the warm colors of the hotel and my room. The place is also well-maintained. There's a water dispenser in the hallway so guests don't have to buy bottled water.

I wish they provided electric kettles in the rooms for those who want to boil water for coffee (I make drip coffee). The hot water from the water dispenser isn't hot enough. The TV screen is a bit too small for watching when you're on the bed. The walls are also very thin so the noise from adjacent rooms could be heard.

The room was a good size, the restaurant next door was very handy and cheap. The pool was nice and quite when I visited. They also have a laundry service. The beds had a proper blanket and the aircon was quiet. Warm shower too which is a huge plus!

Handle missing for the balcony door making it hard to close. Could hear the next room clearly through the walls. Bit of a walk to the centre and over charge for shuttle from the pier and airport, they only have the free one at certain times. Get a tricycle for much cheaper

The apartment was very spacious and the location ideal for our visit. Breakfast from the restaurant was hearty and tasty.

Loved our stay here but there's still room for improvement: - Reception could be a bit less grumpy especially when guests are checking in at night after a long trip. - Staff also forget to remove the bins at the foot of the stairs leading to the apartment.

This is the best hotel for families and large groups to stay. They have apartelles with complete amenities. The best part is that you can cook your food inside and theres a pool that you can use until the night.

There Shampoos and Shower Gel are not of good quality. Its very strong and harsh to the skin. Hopefully they can improve the quality of their shampoo and showergel.

Too nozy because of the road, could not sleep. Aircon is just under the bed so it blows right in your face. And you can't open the window because of the noise.

The staff were very welcoming and accommodated a later check in due to our delayed flight. The apartment called ‘Leeds’ was eclectic and cute with 2 bedrooms, 4 single beds, living room, kitchen and balcony. it was clean and well kept with room service available. There is also a lovely restaurant with coffee available and a great base for exploring Dumaguete!

The location is very quiet and not too far from the airport. At night, it is a bit dark outside, and there is not a lot of traffic.

Since it's in a relatively quiet area, sometimes it is a bit difficult to get public transportation to the city center. However, the city center is definitely walking distance if you do not mind the heat.
