The Location close to the airport and close to where my meetings were held. Restaurant attached to the building. The concierge service was extremely good. Excellent internet connection.

Could benefit from an instruction sheet for appliances such as the hob and jacuzzi. Only discovered the room safe on morning of departure tucked away in the bottom of a cabinet in the far side of the room. Some westerners could be put off by the notice not to deposit toilet paper in the bowl but to place it in the bin provided. To avoid clogged drains asian toilet practice is expected. No plugs provided for sinks which could save water but perhaps not provided to prevent overflows should someone leave a tap running. Airconditioning very good.

Location is very good, near to the airport. Easy access to restaurants and coffee shops. Area was peaceful and quiet. The bed was superb. Room was very clean.

There was disturbing sound I think that was made by the water pump installed below/inside the kitchen sink that created a noise every 5 minutes, which really disturbed my sleep. I was not informed about it nor did I expect it. Hopefully future guests will be informed aboit the moise the water pump makes or how to switch it off so as mot to make any disturbance.

I booked this property because it was near the airport. I also like its unique style and wall design. It has an open design, spacious enough to fit in a futon which is same size as the double bed but on the floor. There was also a sofa bed. It fitted all 5 of us. The staff were very helpful. When we arrived there was no futon in sight. But it was under the double bed. And she helped us to pull it out. It also has water dispenser which is very handy. The kitchen has basic facilities though we didn’t cook. I like the shower facilities though bidet was so strong when being used. Still good value for money.

There were few cockroaches around and the little ants on the kitchen counter especially if you left some foods. Some ants were also found on the bed and other parts of the room. I know the building was old which maybe contributing to that.

A great place to stay in Mactan close to the airport. The room/studio is exceptionally comfortable, well equipped and well designed as well. There is a lot of attention to detail, such as international+USB power outlets all over the rooms, kitchen facilities (stove, microwave, rice cooker, toaster, coffee maker), two widescreen TV's with Netflix, good Wifi, mineral water dispenser (both cold and boiling), rain shower, jacuzzi, locker, etc. The design of the studio(s) with its colored lights is unique and adds to the experience. Also the interior is very practical, such as multiple tables with chairs to eat/work/sit. Especially for stays around arrival/departure this location is perfect given it is 5 minutes from the airport, but we would even advice to consider it for a lengthier stay. There are many restaurants, a mall and a supermarket close by. The restaurant in the building (La Famiglia) is great as well with a broad selection of foods. This place is great value for money and we definitely recommend it!

Hard to think of anything that could be better. Well if we do have to dig, we could have used a kitchen towel for drying the dishes :)

Much more than expected. Spacious, well appointed, has everything thing you need for short or longer stay. Full functional kitchen, including medium fridge, new stove, hot and cold water dispenser, multiple AC units, colorful lighting, and art. Functional, if not dated bathroom. Big bed, lots of pillows and towels. Easy access. Convenience store and fairly decent restaurant just downstairs. 24/7 security and very very convenient to the airport and shopping. Felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Price was more than fair. Would definitely stay again.

Very little. Bath tub/ shower drain didn't open, needed to manually lift it and place a an object underneath to prevent from filing. Also sporadic water pressure during the evening, but was fine in the morning. No phone in the room. But not really a problem. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

The style is nice. You will feel at home!

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The interior was very interesting and modern. We booked a two bedroom luxury suite with jacuzzi. At first, the hot water in the showers were not working but the staff went to fix it and it was great. There are utensils and cookwares in the kitchen you could use. There was a big fridge and free wifi. They also provided toiletries and towels. There were three huuuge tvs in our suite: one in the living room and one for each bedrooms which also had netflix on it. The AC were really cold. You can see they put a great amount of budget to the appliances in the units. It even had motion activated lights in the hallway. The unit is even more beautiful in person. We paid Php5,691 and I can definitely say, it was well worth the price. We were thinking of staying in Waterfront Hotel but this was a great place to stay near the airport. It took us less than 10 minutes by grab from the apartment to Mactan Airport terminal 3. The staff are courteous and respond quickly to requests. I will surely be back and book this place the next time we are in Cebu.

Great atmosphere in the room especially when bringing a girl over. You turn off all the lights except the green lights in the living room and blue lights in the bedroom; perfect atmosphere. The smart TV’s in the rooms were awesome you can put in the cool lights and play music off YouTube on the tv and the women love it! Balcony was great also. Good restaurant downstairs with cheap laundry and nice convenient store. 10/10 would stay again.

The whole unit (E522) was clean and neatly set-up. The lighting fixtures were excellent. Very short transfer on taxi to and from the airport. Reception staff were friendly and approachable. WiFi was fantastic, beds were very comfortable. There was a little balcony overlooking the pool. The unit was like our temporary little home during our stay in Cebu. It has a feel of a home/hotel because of the built-in kitchen appliances in it. Would definitely recommend that unit and would stay here again next time we're in Cebu.

No major issues. There was no spare toilet paper. Could do with dish clothes or hand towels in the kitchen area.
