The price I paid for my room was totally worth it since the hotel is really clean and the rooms are big. They also have a fully air-conditioned lobby where you can relax and chat with friends! Location is also very convenient because Insular Mall is just a few steps away with multiple stores, restaurants, and banks. Overall, my stay was excellent and hassle free!

None, they made sure they failed in all aspect of the stay from the customer service team of red doorz to the hotel staff. Their inability to provide the assistance and even knowledge how to run operations was pathetic.
1. Booked a mixed dorm- they claim system shows only 2 rooms, yes 2 rooms but one was supposedly their mixed dorm. They made people sleep in a single bed claiming it can accommode 2 people. While some slept on the floor. 2. When we asked they keep pushing back to CS of red doorz. No resolution and made me keep coming back as CS have not responded. 3. Handling of the concern was poor, manager refuses to talk, front desk called manager and someone else and was on loud speaker in front of me and thinking I do not understand the language was pissed I was lookkng for one at that hour. Take note this was 6pm after they told me to come back in an hour. 4. Nobody knows what to do and should shut down. There was no water when we came in and the bathroom drain was clogged.
