Good price quality. Staff is very accommodating. Plece is clean. Beds comfortable. Shared showers and toilet very clean. Sufficient toilet paper. Help with taxi to airport. There are some basic restaurants in the neighbourhood. Place felt safe. Good for one night.

Walking from Victory Bus Station PASAY to property is very challenging, although it is only 800 meters. It's a culture shock for first-timers. The chaos and the poverty. It felt a bit isolated because there were no good restaurants in the neighbourhood. The name is the airport hotel because it is near the airport. But to get to your terminal you will need a taxi. The price was excluding tax. This is also a thing for Booking.com. Make it compulsory that the price to be paid is the price shown in the booking. Naming a price without taxes is unclear and misleading.

I wasn't expecting anything at all but when I saw the place I was in awe. I never knew that their is a small sanctuary like facility within the city grounds. If you like a solemn quite place just to be free from anything at all this is the place to be.Kudos for the wonderful staff that accommodate us they were attentive and very cheerful.This hostle has a very good location as well and mostly near the airports. Hoping I could be back soon... just a day before my departure soon!.

The rooms at Airport Hostel were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy space to rest after a long journey. The beds were comfortable, and the room had all the basic amenities I needed for a pleasa⇓y. The shared bathroom facilities is very nice and clean The hostel also offers a paid airport shuttle service, which was convenient and hassle-free. It made my travel arrangements much smoother, especially when I had an early morning flight to catch. One thing that stood out to me during my stay was the complimentary breakfast offered by the hostel. It was a simple but satisfying meal, providing a good start to the day. The place is near from airport and other necessities like food stalls and transportation. Ate on the reception area was very welcoming and kind. We like the pool very much, the ambiance is very hommy and the place is clean.

We are not informed early that guest are only allowed in the lobby area:( The rooms should be upgraded too, very nice if other entertainment inside the room would be added like television. There should be tables added inside or cabinet for travelers like me mostly stay more than a day has luggages. Also, a mini shelf inside the bathroom would be great too, as my experience, I cant decide where to put my soap since there's no shelf available. The faucet for the heater was to high too, I need to call my husband first to open it for me.

The hostel is like your own place away from.home. it's an old house but they made it very comfy and clean. It is very accessible. It's close to the MRT/LRT EDSA station. It is 1.5km away from the airport. The staff is very accommodating and provide options for massage to make your stay worthwhile . The hostel provides complementary coffee, bread, oatmeal,etc. free of charge. They have a living room where you could prepare and drink your coffee and provides a sink to clean your dishes considering their clean as you go policy. They have common shower rooms and CR and has a blow dryer. They also provide car service going to the airport which makes your travel easy. Surely well going to book at this place in our future trips in M.anila. Thank you so much.

The Airport hostel is a welcoming and comfortable place to stay. I spent five days and four nights there. The hostel provides decent, sanitary rooms. Everyone at the reception was really gracious, especially Ate Rossie. I was thankful that she was there to help me every time she was on duty; she reminded me to have a cup of coffee and some bread for breakfast. Also, Marvin was so nice to me, and he was so funny to talk to. The internet connection was so fast that it was great for those who work remotely, like I do. The venue is in Pasay City, Manila. It is centrally located, within walking distance of all local businesses, cafés, and eateries such as Jollibee and some street food stalls if you are on a budget, and a 10-minute drive to the airport if traffic is not congested.

Very Very Very friendly staff!!!! They helped me with everything and were in touch 24/7! I arrived very early, seven hours before check-in, and they were apologised that they don’t have a room for me! But come on, it’s okay, I just wanted to leave my bag😅 They offered me free coffee and cheese sandwiches at once so I wasn’t starve while waiting😅 Also it was possible to order food from their local restaurant. And yeah, the garden with pool is so cozy! Same is all hotel area. Though the hotel locates in slums, you don’t feel it at all! Thank you, guys!

Room is very simple and without windows. No hooks in the bathroom (where to hang towel etc?). Also I would like to warn everybody: if you decide to live hear, just know: it’s a slum location! It’s really safe, no problem to walk at all, but when I spoke to other guests in hostel, they were disappointed about Manila, they told that they don’t like Manila because it looks strange and poor. But come on, it’s just an area next to the airport, and it’s Asia! Yes the area is not the reachest place, but it’s safe and clean, and all people in slums are kind and friendly. Don’t afraid, just walk around, you can buy cheap street food, get many smiles from locals and also there are two lines of metro, you can just use them to get everywhere!;)

Transfer service from airport. You have to ring for it which means getting Philipino money first & none of the phones at the airport work & either no-one answers or there is a fault. Taxi that was eventually sent by them had no seatbelts. Just get a taxi there yourself - much easier & less time.
