could have in house restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Cleaning of room could be done in the morning not at 3 pm in the afternoon. People and staff were very friendly and helpful. When the TV broke down they fixed it straight away for us.

One thing I didn't like, when first entering room . the fridge wasn't turned on. And cockroaches come out of the fridge and were crawling over the bench. Other then that was happy. Would stay again for the value for money.

Everything is great. The entire staff is exceptional. It was the 4th time I’ve stayed here. If you’ve ever been to the Philippines it’s a typical neighborhood, but, a lot safer than most American cities. Love that it’s right across from Robinson’s mall so you have many restaurants and stores to choose from. WiFi is excellent, it’s very clean and very good hot water. Americans love hot water for showers.

Sometimes checking in takes a while, but, it’s y only complaint.

Aircon not adequate for the size of apartment and barely did anything on full power. If I sat in the direct flow (in the kitchen) it was ok but the bedroom just baked all night even after it being on for~12 hours. Had 2 nights with very little sleep because of that. Was tempted to sleep on the floor in front of the AC unit

Cheap in a good central location with amenities close by. Air con worked and was fine staff helpful and friendly. Great for a 1 2 night restbite. Good views

The building is a tall tower, the rooms were tired and very old. Fair few cockroaches in the bathroom which is common for Manila. If you cross reception to the other hotel and pay a little more you can get a newly refurbished room which is further up the tower

The Hotel is with kitchenette ,clean and it has a good views, staff are too kind and friendly, very approachable. The Hotel is close to everywhere, including restaurants with different cuisines, bars, shopping malls , parks, hospitals and lots of fast food with 24hours open. I suggest this hotel to anyone wants to staycation in Manila, it is comfortable and affordable" and everything here its just a walking distance from the property.

A LITTLE TRAFFIC WHEN THE MALL CLOSES

The outside view from balcony, the bed is soft and comfy, room is tidy, all kitchen appliances are working well (ref, micro, kettle, stove) place is great for couple. Elevator is fast and working well. Check-in and check-out run smoothly. Staff are polite and accommodating.

We stayed up on the 40th floor of the tower with an amazing view, the kitchenette with roomy fridge and freezer was very nice since we also prefer to cook ourselves at some meals. The facilities with gym and pool was great, and special thanks for the sauna since I'm from finland so i didn't have to miss that 😊 Very good value for the price 😌

The gym equipment was not very new and not in the best shape, but still good for a decent workout.

The room was cleaned everyday. I love that the room itself and the bathroom is spacious enough with balcony. Location was superb near the mall, LRT station and very easy to get a taxi service. Having a microwave is really a selling point for me.

We stayed here last year. The location is very good. The staff are very accommodating to meet guest needs. The room was fine. We like the kitchenettes so we can cook and save some money. The Wifi worked well, and was reliable.

We can never get the cable TV to work. It can take many minutes for an elevator to arrive on your floor.

Location next to robinsons.Robinsons.. swimming pool was beautiful and fun, view of the manila Bay and city skyline was awesome.

We were told the hotel needed photo ID for every guest.. well my mother n law didn't have one with her. Nothing I saw on the booking part where I prepaid said anything about this. So it's 10pm after a long day and were standing in the lobby trying to call family for a photo of an ID for her. Stupid contact tracing for a fake plandemic. Otherwise happy to stay there. Great staff.
