The room, it was clean and comfortable.

The staff in the front desk was very slow and also made us wait so much when we arrived. There were multiple people in the lounge waiting for them to give us a room, it's like she doesn't know what she's doing. There were a customer complaining at the moment. Also the water when we got there was smelly and sluggish.

Tv is not working and not so clear. Hope the early check in price could more affordable. We are near at your stock room, the staff is so noisy even the middle of the night. I hope they could work with respect to the people around and rest.

My family and I stayed here before when we were attending a wedding. Now, we stayed here for another event. We have tried other Ranchotel properties and they are all satisfying. The rate is really cheap and ideal for families like us

Staff are always smiling. They are all accommodating specially the security personnel. Would be more than happy to give a perfect score despite limited amenities because the people makes a big difference in our experience

Mejo marami kaming requests kasi we were travelling with kids and so far, lahat ng requests nadeliver naman . grateful kami sa mga staff na always nag eextra mile para lang maging convenient and comfortable kami

It’s your simple shack hotel/motel and honestly not the cleanest but nothing a good sweep and wipe down of the desk and vanity can’t handle. AC was strong and room had bright enough lights. But the staff makes it worth it for me. I was there for my ten day quarantine and whenever I felt bad about all the “errands” I had them do, they get back to you with a smile. Super attentive to your every need (getting your deliveries, giving you restocks of towels and toiletries, you name it!) and some of the friendliest people I’ve met. Honestly wouldn’t mind going back if ever I’m in the city for a quick trip just because of how good the staff were.

The shower head could have been cleaned that way water sprays evenly. Bed frame was also a bit wonky.

they have flat screen TV and good AC. my kids enjoyed their short stay kasi mabilis din naman ang WIFI nila. Staff were always available to assist so pag may concern kami, one call away lang naman sila palagi.

The hotel is conveniently located. Malapit sa lahat. may mga stores and food places na malapit. Di ka din mahirapan humanap ng public transportation kasi ang dami within the area. safe and secured din

Giving this 10/10 because everyone were so nice. The cleaner was efficient, the security guard was accommodating, and their staff at the reception was friendly too. Great service makes a big difference

I like all the staff,very friendly n helpful. The cleaner is helpful. The Guards are very nice,the receptionist is friendly.

The mirror needs a bit of cleaning,the faucet in the bathroom sink is hard to turn on,but over all its good. I love the hot water in the shower Thank you.
