Very good location, close to multiple shopping malls, restaurants, the famous Venice Canal is only a few minutes drive. The hotel itself was very clean and comfy and the staff were very friendly. The WiFi connection was stable and the speed very good, so if you travel for work, this will not be a problem. Keep in mind no restaurants and no bar in the hotel, so no food and drinks are available, but as I said there are many within a few minutes walk when you step out of the hotel.

The all in one shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap...I just found it weird. Not a big deal and not a big issue (for me) because I always carry my own and don't count on freebies from the hotel, but considering where this hotel is located and the price per night, I believe you can improve that (at least a little bit). Other than that nothing, I can recommend the hotel with both hands and will definitely stay again when I am in the area.

The location was perfect as it was close to places we wanted to visit around BGC. Courteous staff, responsive to requests, hotel was clean. Will definitely go back again.

Can probably assign more front desk officers especially during peak check-in times to address ling queues quicker. Also a social media personnel who can attend to online or over the phone inquiries in a timely manner.

Space felt clean and cozy even with the smaller rooms

The staff made me wait 20+ mins after check in time and I arrived 30 mins before check in time. Also elevators are slow AC in 816 needed to be cleaned didnt cool the whole room

I love the location, it’ s in the center of BGC where everything is accessible. Hotel staff were very accommodating and pleasant from the security guards to front desk to cleaner.

It could be better if there is a microwave in the room.

I loved that there was a work station and desk conveniently stationed with electric sockets, more than enough to plug in a laptop and mobile phones. I stayed here for work, so it was really convenient. Room was clean and my floor was quiet, it was perfect!

Close to everything! Walking distance to uptown mall. Starbucks and McDonald’s across the hotel.

Very tight and small rooms. Good thing we booked 3 rooms. For Me the Rooms are only good for max of 2 adults and 2 small children.

Great amenities. Parking and security not to mention BGC security forces and police station nearby. Water heater and mini bar fridge.

Toilet bowl mounting is loose. Makes a lot of noise every time you get off the seat.

It did not have a real closet to hang up clothes, just some hooks on the wall. Hard if you have suits or more formal wear

Even though they are very small rooms, it was super clean which is important for me. Staff were very friendly! It was a fairly decent location with restaurants and fast food joints close by. Would definitely recommend if you looking for a simple place to stay!

The hotel is near to the PGC center and the location is good if you like to walk , Facilities is great compared to the price The room and bathroom was clean
