Good location

Elevator doors closed on myself or wife many times. This is a safety hazard and should be taken care of immediately. I work for a large hotel in Canada and this situation would shut down the operation of the elevator’s until appropriate maintenance has been done.

Great location, friendly staff, good security, spacious rooms, fresh smelling linen Lovely views from the 49th floor. Don't get 4901 as it's next to the lift. You can hear it going down and up. The area is known for shopping, eating, and unfortunately, also as a hub for the oldest profession in the world.

I was in a room with an adjoining door. Noise next door came through like having a person in front of me in the bedroom. I had to knock on the door to let the neighbour know she's very loud. It was 6 o clock in the morning. The next morning was even worse. I woke up to a guy swearing on the telephone. I was moved to the 49th floor which was quiet, but only 2 lifts work forthat floor. They have a total of 4.lifts. It's a very slow wait in the lifts to get to my floor., either going down or coming up.

Free room upgrade was fantastic. great front desk staff. great view of the harbor and 2 min walk to the mall. security was good inside with a key card needed to get to elevators.

slow elevators. The room door lock was broken, had to get maintenance to fix. outside area a little sketchy with Kids very begging aggressively. Its a half permanent resident and hotel building so no parking.

This long lockdown forced the facility to close for a long long time. As a result, air conditioners and toilets frequently failed, but the hotel staff made an effort to solve the problem. They endure this headwind well.

I can hardly make a call to the front desk. I felt that the staff at this hotel was not yet fully equipped.

Love the space and the attention to our special requests. The phone was around the clock to answer our concerns. The bed was very soft as well, I fell asleep immediately.

The elevator needs a refurbishing as I'm afraid it will crash anytime. The water in the shower is weak. The park next door didn't help at all since the music was still blaring at 2 AM.

I love the view it is near to almost everything. shopping center is just a few step away it iis also walking distance to the US embassy

The Aircon is not cooling I was sweating all night and day in 4 days room4901 the temperature is stuck to 17°C it's not cold at all. and there's only 1 light working over the ceiling except the bathroom light

I have been traveling to Manila twice a year for the last 19 years, and this is by far the best accomodating I have stayed in. The entire staff to include the security are exceptional. I will make this my new place of rest when I travel here next year and into the future.

The only short coming was the water was not hot enough.

We spent 3 nights in Manila and this hotel was an excellent choice. The location is very good! There is a huge mall on the corner, and the area has great nightlife. Our apartment was at a higher floor, so we had an amazing view from the balcony. The room was well equipped and generally clean. The staff was kind and helpful. I recommend this place!

the venue and value of money reasonable.

the front desk cannot actually locate because my partner check-in ahead of me coz my flight arrived landed at Naia 3 around 10pm so when i arrived in property hotel around 12md i dont know which reception i am going to approach.
