The property was immaculate, welcoming and comfortable. It is a short air conditioned walk to the Newport Mall with some extraordinary dining options. The staff was exemplary in every way. Each person we encountered was friendly, polite, respectful, and clearly determined to make our stay the best possible. Even the hotel van which picked us up at the airport was newer, spotless, had water bottles awaiting us, and staffed by two very helpful staff members. The staff worked hard to accommodate our needs and make us feel at home. The beds and pillows were heavenly!

We had a neighbor in the room next door who played their television extremely loud throughout the night and day. Due to the recessed wall mounting of the tv’s, it seemed this created a thinner layer at that point between the two rooms. That being said, we never heard any of our neighbors speaking.

The breakfast was great! Sheraton offered a good variety of breakfast selections from Asian to English.

My stay had a hiccup as they accidently double charged me; however, the staff were keen and very much attentive into resolving my concern promptly. Even though the issue arose after my stay, they still provided me updates regularly and the manager personally attended to my concern until the issue was resolved. Highly recommended as they have my trust.

Room is spacious and lots of light switches that are convenient. There is a comfy working space which my husband needed. Service is great - got our room cleaned everyday and staff are friendly! We needed to print our covid test results and they are able to do it. Enough water is provided everyday and I love the complimentary drip coffee! The food is good at S Kitchen. Also the chef let us try the laksa soup which we love, for free. The pool is nice with a pool bar tho drinks are expensive.

No airport shuttle even when it says that they have in booking.com. TV is old, no netflix or airplay.

The view and the location, we have a swimming pool view from our room and it’s nice to wake up to in sunny tropical days. The hotel is conveniently located near Terminal 3 of airport. The food selection for breakfast has so many options, from traditional Filipino dish to International. The pool area is where we enjoyed most of our time and it has a good bar and you can order basic food there too. The staff are so welcoming and accommodating, they let us swim for another hour when we arrived late from Baguio and they were supposed to close the pool, so grateful for the Filipino hospitality. There is a mall connected to the hotel on the 2nd Floor with restaurants and shopping, there is also a Seven Eleven around the corner.

The location was perfect, because it was really near the airport (although you need to take a taxi). The room was nice and really clean. We stayed there only one night before flying to one of the islands, and they prepared a nice decorated room as a surprise, we even had a nice piece of cake waiting for us. The staff is the best thing of all. AMAZING STAFF. We spent time in the bar area trying new cocktails and talking to the bartender. The drinks were really good, and they even gave us a special drink to celebrate our honeymoon.

Booked a balcony room. Did not get. Close to airport but no free shuttle bus as stated on booking.com. No smoking area. Have to go into casino. No breakfast for early checkout for free

Location was my priority. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Comfortable beds, big rooms and lovely facilities.

That day we stayed there was a sewer smell in the hallway which we can smell from the bedroom. It wasn't pleasant.

There was a wide array of food choices. Particularly liked the eggs benedict.

The bacon was not as crispy as I would have wanted.

All. Especially that lady who was patient with delivering my drinks in the room. Between 12mdnight onwards. I have mistakenly ordered an alcoholic drinks and I don’t drink alcohol, when I started feeling dizzy I called and she was so concerned and came to my room and asked me to drink lots of water.. she even gave me 2 bottled water instantly.

Just few staffs were a bit racist - particularly the ones in charge with the security(when entering), and those guys whose wearing long sleeves in the casino area. was just wearing flip flops and shorts (arrived from maldives). exhausted and just wanting some refreshments and these people are not courteous in answering the humble questions I was asking.

Having stayed at a number of hotels during our trip I was disappointed at the selection for breakfast. It was for this reason that we did not eat have the dinner buffet as I didn‘t feel confident in the selections that would be on offer.
