I have been working in tourism for over 30 years, so I travel extensively, both for business and personal reasons. From my rich experience, I can sum up a stay at Balli Villas in one word: wonderful! The rooms (villas) are modern, minimalist in design, yet they have everything you need for a luxurious stay. Comfortable, clean, and discreet. The pool is gorgeous, large enough to swim in. The outdoor kitchen is practical and allows for a fully functional cooking experience. What truly gives the place its soul, however, is the staff. Friendly, welcoming, and always ready to fulfill our requests. The location is a bit removed from the tourist crowds, but the accommodation offers free transport to nearby beaches as well as the city center. We love our privacy, and it's no trouble at all to drive 10 minutes to our desired locations. And all these locations are no more than 10 minutes away, while at the same time, you get to enjoy complete comfort and privacy at Villa Balli. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys the perfect blend of comfort and privacy!

The only suggestion I would make to the management is to add a bit more lighting around the bathroom mirror. Other than that, everything is truly perfect.

We stayed at Bali Villas Panglao from January 4-8 and had a wonderful experience overall! The villa we rented had a private pool, which was a highlight of our stay. The rooms were nice, cool, and comfortable—a great escape from the heat. Plus, the location was fantastic, within walking distance of many places. The team at the front desk was incredibly friendly and responsive, helping with everything from arranging tours and rides to booking in-villa massages. A few things to note: * The property is cash-only, so be prepared. * While the front desk arranged transportation well, the tuk-tuk driver they use consistently overcharged us. The front desk provided a price, but the driver always asked for more, which got frustrating after multiple trips. We wished there were more tuk-tuk options to spread the business around. * The free shuttle from the hotel wasn’t reliable, so expect to rely on tuk-tuks or private drivers instead. Renting a private car with a driver for a day was an excellent decision—we highly recommend it! Other conveniences included laundry service, food delivery, and their ability to arrange almost anything we needed. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we had an amazing stay. The friendly team, private pool, and great location made it a memorable experience. We’d happily return!

I liked the villa layout and the privacy it offers. The private pool in every villa is a plus ensuring private use. The rooms are very comfortable and offers great airconditioning.

The cleanliness could be improved especially around the pool. Make up room service could also be improved. Breakfast menu choices are not available and breakfast is dependent on what the cook would cook in the morning. Free shuttle service is a hit or miss and a ride to town using the tuk tuk would be an added costs. This facility only deals with cash.

The villa was the perfect size for two adults and our baby. It's absolutely amazing to wake up and be able to go straight out to take a dip in your own private pool. Water was a nice temperature. The breakfast was great as well. They mix it up every day, so you always get something new. The beds are super comfy! I would definitely recommend staying here!

I guess it is to be expected in the provinces, but we had to deal with A LOT of ants around the kitchen and outside dining area. We visited a bit out of peak season, and the staff were incredibly nice - however, we wish house keeping would be more structured. Sometimes, it took several hours for them to pick up the breakfast when we were done. They don't serve anything else than breakfast. Anything else you want, mango shake, cold soda, lunch snack, etc. is all something that has to be ordered through a delivery service or bought outside and bring it back home. I would have rated the whole trip 10/10 if it had been possible to make some small orders for fresh shakes or small meals directly at the villas.

It was wonderful to stay at. The people would make sure they knew what time you wanted breakfast and the pool was always open to you even at 11pm at night! They would help you order food from a local place and organise a tuktuk driver to come and get you! Only 8 mins away from the beach.

The only complaint I have was that the shower didnt quiet work but it was acceptable and that the bed was a bit firm.

The swimming pool to quench the hot weather.

We are total of 13 people and 1 kid. My reservation is for 12people but the Front desk charge me 4 extra mattress. Supposed to be just for 2 extra. 🙂‍↕️ Our bathroom kind of dark - one bulb not working. Told the front desk of this and it says where not going to charge you. I guess she didn’t understand. Bathroom needs improvements i.e. shelf @Villa 6

Private pool is very nice, with nice undercover area. Room is huge with good aircon. Bathroom is Also large. Breakfast is nice with plenty of food offered. You can travel to Alona beach and white beach if you pay for a tricycle.

Shower is awful, no water pressure at all, needs to be fixed. Mosquitoes in pool once it starts to get dark. Villa is away from town so costs 200peso each way to get to and from. They have a bus but wasn’t working while we were there so we had to pay each trip.

Lovely pool, bedroom and Bathroom facilities were good. You can do some light cooking which was handy for the kids. The staff were very helpful and always friendly. Shuttle service to the beaches. And a supermarket down the road which was really convenient. We loved our stay and highly recommend

We' always ,stay here when visiting Panglao. Private villa with a lovely pool for £55 per night with breakfast. Hard to beat in my view

They dont take cards so need to pay cash - even if you use a card to reserve on booking.com. I will therefore need to transfer the £ tomorrow. Staff were fine about that - and apparently they are trying to persuade the owner to get a card machine. I mentioned its the only hotel I've ever stayed in that asks for cash payment.

1. Budget price for a poolside Villa. So much fun to have a pool in your Villa and the pool is well maintained 2. Room and dinning area are spacious. 3. Staff are promising,  friendly and helpful. 4. Floating breakfast is a nice idea. 5. King sized bed which is comfortable.

1. A little bit off town. Around 2 KM from Alona Beach. There are almost no restaurant options around. Though shuttle bus service is provided, the schedule is infrequent. 2. The flushing system of our toilet was out of order and they used a lot of time to fix it. 3. They did not provide keys for the bedroom. We accidentally locked the door of the bed room once, and they can't open the door with spared keys, and they finally used 3.5 hours to open the door. 4. Insufficient facial tissue and toilet paper provided.  5. The shower is weak and the temperature is inconsistent.
