Friendliness of staff, the owner helped me book a tour to Honda Bay islands, you can also book the tour to the underground river. Great value for money, bathroom is really small and air conditioner is noisy but still works well, given the really reasonable price I still think the place is decent. Room was clean and there's a large roof terrace on the 2nd floor. Towels and toilet paper are provided, contrary to what I read in some other reviews. It is located 10 minutes from the town centre / baywalk by tricycle and 5 minutes from the airport. I also read people complaining about the mattress being too hard but I found it perfectly fine and slept really well! At the end of the road there are plenty of tricycle drivers who can take you anywhere. There's a great Filipino family restaurant around the corner, and a vegetarian restaurant across the road, along with a mini market. I suggest buying the large 5L or 6.6L bottles as the property doesn't have a refill station. The owners were very kind to hold on to my luggage after check out as my flight was late in the evening.

It was great for what we needed; somewhere to rest before a flight the next day. Good location! Some really nice coffee shops and restaurants nearby. A 10mins walk away from a very big shopping mall which is handy if you are travelling in between places and need to pick things up. Short drive away from the airport and port. Wifi was actually really good here, better than what we'd had at other stays. The women running the business were very kind and helpful.

The chickens in the morning but this wasn't a major problem for us as we are early risers and had to get a flight anyway.

At Keens Place I loved the most, that they have so many cats and dogs - they are taking good care of them (some of them were strays). The staff (really all of them) are soooo kind and friendly, they would always like to have a chat and help with all wishes. The rooms are big and comfortable with a good shower. They have a beautiful rooftop with a lot of plants, wich is so relaxful after a daytour to underground river or just a day in the city. It is also perfectly located, close to the airport and surrounded by many restaurants (and bars).

They told me, the rooms in the 2nd floor were better (but unfortunately the 2nd floor was fully booked) ;-) will try that next time...

Fairly good sized room, high ceiling, very clean. It is very near the airport, just a short tricycle ride away, and it is centrally located, being just along the street by the side of the Provincial Capitol. Many good restaurants around. There is a fantastic lounge area on the third floor surrounded by lots of plants. It was airy and cool. The extra sink outside the toilet, and a place to hang clothes, were great additions to the room.

Combined toilet and shower was very small, and there is no place to put a toiletry kit/bag, so everything gets wet when taking a shower. But this is a minor issue that can be overlooked.

The women who runs the hotel and all of her lovely staff are amazing so friendly, kind and made sure to do anything so we enjoyed ourselves. the rooms where nice but we especially loved the roooftop filled with plants and lovely furniture. it has a cd player and lots of old cds so we could play music and enjoy the evening. they love their animals too and all of the cats where so cute and friendly. we loved it!’

I think i have booked 4 stays (or more) already with them. The staff already knows me. They always give me the same room (room 14). Pretty spacious room, and very near to almost all key places: provincial capitol, airport, mall, convenience stores, and restaurants.

Water pressure is kind of weak. There was that one time that the WiFi was down. But it wasn’t their fault. Internet service in palawan really sucks.

I really liked the place. It was clean, had a good location and the room was big. The bathroom was very nice and there was a big rooftop terrace for all guests to sit and relax. It was in a quiet area but still very close to a lot of good food. You can also book tours with them. I would stay here again.

The staff was friendly but couldn't give a lot of information about laundry or food nearby. We learned that everything happened at the corner. We also couldn't book a tricycle or taxi with them to get us to the station the next day but were told to go to the corner. But that was the only thing and we figured everything out by ourselves.

lovely place for this price. the room and bathroom were very clean. the rooftop terrace is great to have a quiet drink in the evening. the lady at the reception was very nice and helpful m. she helped me get a tour to the Underground river for the next day, i left my backpack there for the entire day (had a late flight). you can walk to the airport - no more than 20 min. the house is in an ok area (for Puerto Princesa)

the aircon was loud (as everywhere in fact) but even if i turned it off, there were noises coming from other ac units. so if you are a light sleeper this might be an issue.

I like the rooftop. The room was clean, and there was AC in the room. The owners are nice.

The owner arranges the trip and transport. They arranged for me a trip for the underground river and transport to Port Barton. And for the transport they charged me 700 pesos and they told me it is fixed price, wheras it wasn't true. The transport price should be less, not more than 450 pesos.

20 minute walk from the airport, good size room and comfortable bed, good working air conditioning but a bit loud, staff were friendly and helpful! The owner arranged a transport for us to El Nido with a pick up. Nice terrace on the roof top.

Cold water and very low pressure of the shower, dificult to rinse off your hair, but doable. Our room was facing a field of roosters, that is just behind the building, every morning they all go crazy from around 4am, so be ready to bring your ear-plugs
