The hotel has amazing view with infinity pool, achually two of them! Very good food and fresh juices and amazing staff!

Just the beds in our room were very uncomfortable. There were dimple in the middle.

Amazing resort with super friendly and helpful staff that were eager to assist, there were stunning beautiful views of the ocean and 2 excellent well kept clean pools with those same views while in them. Clean property, excellent Air conditioning, good water pressure. Great complementary breakfast and cafe’s had quality coffee/ drinks.

The only negative part of the trip is that on the second night there was a child’s birthday party being held in the main cafe/ restaurant from 4-8/9pm and food and drinks could only be ordered to rooms while it was happening. I am sure this is not something that happens too often, but it did slightly detract from the chilled vibe of the beautiful resort.

Quiet location on edge of city. Short tuk tuk ride each way. Great views. Above Blood Compact Shrine (tell tuk tuk driver). Free parking at front but sometimes full. 2 pools, upper one infinity. Next door to laundry. Lunch/evening meal ok but not a huge choice. Staff very helpful. Hot/cold water dispenser next to room. Separate towels for pool use. wifi worked. Room size very generous.

Pre-arranged hotel taxi no show but lots of excuses. Phone number they have on Booking.com is incorrect. No hot water (faulty water heater management knew about but not replaced). Limited choice for breakfast. Beds a little firm. French window required considerable manpower strength to slide open. No safe. Old-school tv: no wifi, no USB. Bathroom tiling not to expected standards.

The location was beautiful and accessibility to the pool and lounge areas were a really good touch. The place also gives you as much privacy as you need. Service was satisfactory for the most part.

I lost my necklace's pendant by the pool, the pendant got stuck in the cracks from the tiles on the side (the pool underneath) we tried to get it out but since it was a very natrow crack it ended up falling deeper into the wall 😭 It was an important pendant too. They really need to do better in the maintenance of the place.. Cracks on pool tiles? Dilapidated wall paint in some areas? Wall-mounted canvas paintings that are not well-maintained? And gym-equipped area with no safety mat? They need to get those worked on, the place is so good just to let it go like that..

The pool was warm , so as the staff from the reception to the restaurant to the housekeeping.

Since 3 of my companions are seniors with age 83, 78 and 74, they had a hard time with the stairs. I requested for a family room, which is really spacious for us but the room was 3 floors below from the reception area. There was a bit of struggle for them. It would have been nice if there was an elevator. There was also a wedding the next day, at 3am, the make up artist and videographers arrived and they were noisy. One of the staff could have given them instructions to at least be aware of guests who are still sleeping during those times. We were awaken by their noise.

Looked very beautiful, pools were amazing, great vibes for relaxing, breakfast was delicious! Music was super chill and the energy felt even better than I would’ve imagined. It felt better than the images even showed. Staff was super kind and helpful to us! Totally worth the money, and you can just grab a cheap tuk tuk to the other places on the island without any issues. They also offer services for guides and whatnot to see attractions if interested.

Our room felt unfinished, not sure if it’s a new room or not but it felt like the ceiling had an opening to the rest of the building and needed to be sealed. The lighting of the room also felt poor along with the rip of the bathroom door missing a piece. However, our room was extremely large.

The public areas are stunning! Really good. View from my room incredible. It was comfy and really clean. Loved the pool. The staff are lovely. Breakfast is 100% fine. Not mind-blowing but super good. I thought the price reflected what I paid for tbh...

.... But then I went to Bali which is unreal for a European. Cheap and high quality. Ocean suits is lovely, maybe a little tired in the rooms thenselves but as a European (from England), you'll never see anything as good as this there for the price, and you wouldn't get the high levels of service. I liked this place a lot

Our hotel’s triple room is spacious and the nature and ocean view is amazing! It has a fridge and tv cable channels. The room and the linens are clean. The receptionists are also friendly and very accommodating. Their breakfast are also delicious and restaurant food we ordered for room service were great with very reasonable prices…especially the pizza! They also have a café at daytime. The infinity pools are also nice! On the opposite road of the hotel, there is a 24-hour convenient store. We will definitely come back for another stay with family again!

It may not be that senior friendly unless the rooms on the ground level will be available for them. Also, the few waffles during breakfast were not replenished so we did not get the chance to get some.

This hotel is perfect for every tourists who are looking for cleanliness, relaxation, and home. The staffs are very accomodating, kind, amazing. Not forgetting to greet every guest and was really concern on helping the guest about their needs. From housekeeping, to guards, restaurant staffs, managers, HRs, and front desk, they will treat you like family. The facilities were superb. Restaurant food were amazing as well. If I would be given a chance to go back to Bohol, surely, I will stay here again. Will not forget my experience with Oceans.

This hotel was the best hotel I could find that had a beautiful view and a pool. I really may stay here. Their included breakfast buffet was amazing. They have 2 infinity pools. One on the upper floor and lower floor. The view from the pool was amazing. The room was great and showers had hot water. I had a great time and would definitely come back.

First day I checked in they were having an event (birthday party) which a lot of people attended and made finding parking impossible. Their parking is really small as it is already. I was told to park on the side of the road but there were no parking clamping zone signs all over. I had a rental car and was afraid of the car getting clamped. My only negative about my stay there. Other than that it was a great hotel and would come back.
