Staff were friendly and polite. The hotel is quite close to a big mall with several restaurants offering mostly Asian fare. The hotel is quite secure with security personnel manning the doors. The hotel is relatively quiet despite being located in a busy highway. The air-conditioner in the room is quite reliable. The bed is comfy and there is a restaurant attached to the hotel. Everyone was nice.

The room is a bit smaller, and there were ants crawling in the sink, but they were quickly dispatched by the staff. The body shampoo in the small shower room wouldn't drip out that I had to remove it from the dispenser and squeeze it out myself. The same with the soap dispenser over the sink.

The hotel has all basic amenities necessary and the space is very clean. They also have a restaurant partner which serves great food. The staff is top notch - they are very helpful and nice. It is located beside the mall, and is close to bus terminals and the airport.

Somehow the schedule of room clean up (3-5) did not work out for me. During my stay, my room was not made up. This was not a problem because I only stayed for two days - but it would be nice if the room cleaning is more consistent.

A bit more can be done cleaning the room and mopping is must the just sweep the floor no mopping The staff where we have breakfast everyday need more training it’s more professional from the staff if they memorize the the people and don’t have to repeat my self more than twice at least everyday even when I sit at the same table and have the same waitress I like to also mention the should have a variety of breakfast not only local Philippino breakfast westerners cannot have fish and rice for breakfast that’s my personal opinion from my experience at go hotel plus.

it's the best in tuguegarao, the only clean hotel and professional crew. still considered new, so you'll enjoy the cleanness and the attention from the crew. 1 min walk to Robinson mall, like 3 to 5min walk to McDonald's, easy transportation I hope will stay the same

this is not a down side, and don't let it affect your decision for this hotel. it's one of the best. but i have to be honest. our room somehow got one big roaches in the bathroom with antz. only changed the room with no compensation. but with a very professional manner. manager was excellent. bathroom and shower very small. hardly fitting inside, lol. location far from the centro but still, i recommend this hotel..

The staff are very helpful and approachable. They were very friendly and talk to their costumer politely. This is what were looking for in anywhere we go, to make us feel home and safe.

The room quite small, other than that there's nothing to dislike, everything just perfect from the Location that close to the mall, the room is neat and clean. Staff are approachable and very helpful.

I love that it's right next to the mall, like a minute walk. It's so convenient and family friendly! The staff are extremely nice and helpful! I also love that there's a water dospenset in each corner since I drink a lot of water. We will definitely go back and recommend this place to my family and friends!

Everything! The location is great, beside a mall, lots of 24hr fastfood in the area, near the bus station. The place has a fine restaurant at the lobby. Good wifi. Clean rooms. Best gohotels i have tried, i think I tried 2 in Manila.

If i have to point out one thing, the sink in our room was draining slowly, just a minor annoyance.

Staff attended my needs with kindness and hospitality and I’m grateful. I enjoyed my stay, easily accessible, however traffic and construction made the location difficult getting around to. However, it’s not unusual in Tuguegarao. Overall, kudos and I will refer you to my friends.

They should add drawers/closet to put clothes when checked in. They should add a refrigerator in the room for the convenient of guests

The location is good with an attached restaurant.

The waiters were more attentive to the customers as I found the waitresses were not as observant. Also the F&B management should invest in buying enough sugar and cream containers for each table. So they don’t have to keep asking if we are finished.
