Location is superb. Just a few steps from the beach. What I love the most are the staffs. They are all polite and kind even the housekeepers specially in the front desk led by Ms. ELLA together with Ms Yvonne and Ms Allysa.. Breakfast were delicious with different menu everyday.. Special thanks to the staffs of the restaurant for surprising me with a cake and a 😳 greetings during my birthday. Overall experience in this hotel was superb and surely we will booked again.

Nice location, close to the beach but no club aside, short walk to the mall and restaurants yet not in the center of attention. Nice staff and a very well functioning air condition!

Unfortunately this jewel is a little bit outdated: the elevator, lights in the rooms don’t properly work; it’s quite dark and also the furniture in the breakfast/restaurant area has seen better days. They are renovation the other half of the building, which means you have to cope with the noise all day long. We were given a room on ground level near the reception area and didn’t sleep all night due to noise. Also the ground level rooms smell of mold - be advised to book a room higher in the building. Hardly vegetarian options - unfortunately and the buffet style breakfast doesn’t include real coffee or tea.

We loved our stay here. Facilities were wonderful, rooms were large and clean. Bed was comfortable and massive. Location was ideal and away from the hustle and bustle of station 2, which we liked. Our transfers from hotel were unbelievably and worth every peso. The staff were friendly and helpful. Wish we stayed longer..

Buffet breakfast was horrible, would not recommend this. Construction was occurring in hotel and next door, so no sleeps ins.

I think the rooms should be checked for the ff reasons there are unfortunately rats squeaking on the ceiling. you can hear them running. room 102 - the Ceiling should be repainted it’s already tainted with black molds room 102 -the fridge is not working room 206 -unstable wifi - call out time was 5:30, but we left 5:45. otherwise the stay was still overall perfect!

Almost a month ago, my husband and I had the opportunity to spend a nice time at the White Sand Mandarin Hotel in Boracay. The hotel is right beside Station 3 beach which was the perfect setting/location for a relaxing getaway. The surroundings were stunning, and we really really enjoyed our time in there! Extra kudos to their staff, especially to the Front Desk Staff and Manager. They were very welcoming and accommodating. The housekeeping staff was efficient and attentive. Everyone was caring about our needs to ensure that we were enjoying our stay.

It was a good room at a great price. The staff was amazing, always very helpful. I would be very happy to stay again if visiting Boracay.

Of minor note the layout of the hotel put the room's only window facing the interior of the building. Not a complaint but worth mentioning if you want natural light without being on display for those walking down the hall. Also the included breakfast is very good, but with limited selections. Still it's a great place at a good price.

The staffs were amicable and helpful. The owner or management of this hotel must be proud of them, especially of the security guard Julius, receptionists, and restaurant (8 by the beach) chief cook and staff. The room is spacious, with a large TV and bathroom. What we love most is the location of this hotel. It is in front of the beach, and just a perfect distance from stations 1 and 2. The restaurant offers delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals. Thank you very much to all the staff! You are incredible and keep up the excellent job!

The swimming pool is not what I expected especially the ones in the centre. We swam in the front pool and it was ok. The staff clean the pool daily but given that it is near the beach, it can have some leaves or sands. Another one is that the hotel is a bit outdated like the floor and bathroom sinks. Regardless, my parents love this hotel, especially the staff. Again, thank you very much!

Staff were very welcoming, all smiles and attention. My praises to Rechelle, Yvonne and K (sorry I forgot her name) from front desk. They made sure my stay is comfortable. I hoped for a complimentary room upgrade to suite as it was fairly a lean season (who doesn't want this, right?) but they can only offer me a discount which I agreed upon. Thanks to the hotel manager for arranging this. First 2 nights I stayed in the suite with balcony and private pool. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! The breeze from the beachfront will wake you up in the morning. What a perfect way to wake up. The next nights I moved to King room. It was small but good, quiet. Overall it was a good stay. Would I stay here again? Yes, but only in suite.

Common pool wasnt so inviting. Shower plumbing can be improved.
