- Peter and the team were so kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our whole stay. Peter was in contact with me a week before arrival telling us how to get to Boracay and what the prices should be so we didn’t get scammed. On arrival he met us a short walk away from the hotel and guided us through the surrounding area and towards Ocean Breeze. - On arrival Peter gave us a free room upgrade to an en-suite. (Perfect for a traveller saving some pennies) - Peter showed us a map of the island talking about all of the places he would recommend for every type of person and occasion. Showing insights into the local tribe and walks for great views and exploring. - Breakfast was really cheap at the hotel 160 pesos a day (£2) and was a continental with fresh fruit and juice served by his amazing team. - With Ocean Breeze Peter has great links with surrounding businesses. Free entrance to a 5 star hotels pools and evening entertainment, 10% off vouchers at local restaurants and free entry to the night club. Couldnt recommend this enough and we’re already planning to come back

First, unlike previous guests who booked a double room at a fraction of the market price and seemed to expect a luxury room with a private bathroom and air conditioning, I carefully read the description before making my choice. I was happy to see that they offer budget-friendly options with just a fan. It's exaggerated to claim that you can't sleep in the room: I had a perfectly fine sleep with two fans (I ended up using only one). The descriptions are clear and straightforward, so blaming the place for not being more explicit is unfair and says a lot about the the person who left that comment. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, has a natural vibe, just a few steps from the quiet part of White Sand Beach, which is stunning. I also noticed that the drink prices offered are lower than those in most stores on the island, which reflects the owners' genuine and thoughtful attitude. This place offers a kitchen and a fridge for guests to store food and prepare their own meals. Their breakfast options are also very affordable! And last but not least, the owner, Peter, is a kind gentleman who goes above and beyond to give you all the information possible to make your stay comfortable which I appreciated a lot. I absolutely loved my stay there and wish I could have stayed longer. Danke, Peter!

I want to write this on behalf of my mother, who got to stay at this establishment. "My second time back in Boracay, I stayed at the Ocean Breeze Inn. Although the path to the inn is a little tricky, my stay there was more than worth it. I was immediately greeted by the kind owner, Peter. The place looked beautiful, and my room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. I also noticed how accommodating and courteous the owner, Peter, and his staff, were with all of the guests. Peter shared his wealth of knowledge regarding all things Boracay to make the stay more enjoyable, like some places to eat, things to do, and even some unknown sights to see. Did I mention that breakfast is included? I will definitely be visiting the Ocean Breeze Inn on my next visit! Thank you again for the great service and warm hospitality! Highly recommend. 5/5 stars." My mom could not stop raving about this place after she visited. She constantly compared it to every other hotel she visited and used this place as the golden standard when visiting different places, always saying that nothing could match the hospitality she received there. I am glad she was so warmly welcomed, but I was concerned that she might have some issues with getting into the place initially. Warning: Detailed Review. A must read for Hypoallergenic people like me. - ROOMS ARE UNBELIEVABLY CLEAN AND WELL KEPT. They do Make-Up Rooms everyday by request. Just leave the key with the staff. - Stairs: People come and go from the beach but the place is always spotless clean. - BED: It was unbelievably comfortable and I can sleep a good straight 8 hours on it. Believe me, I have lived in Hotels for years and it was nothing like this. It felt like home. - BATHROOM: I’m very fussy in bathrooms, and this one is well-done. I’m glad that this Inn is not like any other hostels that keep stained items because it still works knowing that it wouldn’t really look good for the guests. If you know what I mean. They have functional heater that’s not hard to navigate. A Faucet, a pail and a pail deeper for other purposes. However, they do not have a Bidet nor provide Shampoo, Conditioner, Toothbrush and Toothpaste. Of course, the toilet tissue is always provided for free. - BATH TOWELS: It is not cheap like other hostels where the fabric comes off and sticks on your skin. Ocean Breeze Inn’s towels are expensive looking and very comfortable on the skin. - CLOSET: It seemed a bit old because when you open the closet it makes that scary sound, if you know what I mean. But it was clean and l sprayed with Lysol I think, as it smells good. Not one dirt inside. - WIFI: I worked on some days, and I must say the WIFI is strong. Especially pulling up my large files. Didn’t take long to load. They have router in every room. How cool is that? Many places here charge 3,000 plus and wifi is down if you’re not near the main area lol. - AIRCON: Ice cold, no problem. - FRIDGE: My drinks got frozen putting the fridge temp to 3. Should only be on 1 to keep everything cool. - CURTAINS: They use blind curtains, not cheap material also. - FAN: We had a ceiling fan and it was fine. You may also request for an electric fan if need be. - TV: I don’t normally watch local channels.

Peter is a gem, I've never met such a helpful hotel proprieter. He comes to find us when we first arrive, gives advice and lends bus cards, takes us to the tour spot so we don't get lost, and so forth. The room is quiet, comfortable, has a nice forest view, and has strong wifi. The staff are kind and helpful, even cooking some leftover food for us.

The breakfast is good overall but it's very egg based so you might tire of it after a while (you can upgrade to a filipino breakfast for 50p though). The hotel doesn't touch any road so you have to walk a non-trivial distance along the beach and through some alleys to get there.

- Peter and his staff are very accommodating and friendly - the room is very clean and spacious - hot shower and a good smell - drinks are very affordable for in house guests - basic but really good and affordable breakfast, the omelet was really good - located 2-3 minutes walk to the beach (station 3) - quite area but still some good restaurants and bars around, with some Peter has a cooperation so you’ll get discount We enjoyed our stay and we are a planning to come back as we visit the island regularly. We can fully recommend to stay at Ocean Breeze Inn!

Great location in a quiet area, just off station 3 along the spectacular White Beach in spectacular. Book it - you won’t regret it. The owner Peter and his staff go out of their way to make you have the best stay possible. His contact and tips from the moment you book the room is excellent! Great big roomsl, balcony, strong WiFi and shared areas for guests. Breakfast every morning is absolutely worth every penny! All drinks are super cheap el purchase. Booked an excellent island tour through them too! I managed to go paddle boarding every day and loved it! Would absolutely return in a flash!!

The guest house was perfect for us for are stay in boracay. 60 seconds walk from White sand beach and many restaurants and bars. Peter and the staff were the best I think I have ever had with good knowledge of the island and always on hand to help were they can. Walked us to the boat for the island tour arranged all are transport to get to boracay (from main island airport) this would have been a pain as we would have had no idea there are 3 lines and 3 fees to pay Peter sorted all this before we landed and we was even walked to the from gate of the hotel.

Our stay at Ocean Breeze Inn was just perfect from start to finish. Peter, the owner, shared some very detailed arrival instructions with us prior to arriving which gave us a lot of peace of mind, especially considering that the way for Caticlan Airport to the accomodation is not too straightforward without any instructions. We arrived late in the evening and there was a lovely staff member available to assist us with our luggage and guiding us to the hotel. Also on the day of departure where we had to leave at 5am alrady, there was staff available to assist us with our luggage and organising an etrike for us to the port. The hotel is in a quiet area which ensures a peaceful good night sleep, and is really conveniently located just a short walk from the very popular and absolutely stunning White Beach where all the main activities of Boracay are happening. There are lots of activities to choose from, and Peter is also happy to assist you with any tours you might want to book but does not put any pressure on you and wants you to get the best deal. He has a lot of local knowledge and is always happily and readily available to answer any questions you might have which was a big plus for us. The room is a bit on the older side however it was everything we needed. The staff cleaned the room on a daily basis and also exchanged our towels whenever needed. Also there was Netflix option on the tv which was really appreciated by us. Shower pressure and water temperature were great. Breakfast hours were really reasonable and there were lots of options where you could enjoy your breakfast. The omelette was really tasty and came with some fresh fruit and either coffee, tea, or juice. On that note, we also were offered a Welcome drink which was a nice personal touch.Thanknyiu for everything , Peter, Judy, and all the other super friendly, welcomimg staff!

There is hardly any developmental feedback except that a drying rack could be provided on the balcony. Also the neighbour dogs could be extremely loud and barky at times, especially in the middle of the night but this is completely out of the property's control. But my advice is: Bring sleeping earplugs, just in case. Overall it was an amazing stay and we would definitely highly recommend this accommodation and always come back in the future.
