Night shift employee was the biggest asset of this hotel. Very accommodating and smiled person. Other thing that I liked was breakfast and location - near Pigal squere, right in the center.

My room was connected to extra room which was totally empty. It would be a good idea to add there a sofa and armchairs to fill the space and make it more comfortable for travellers.

Amazing find. Great staff and recently renovated room. Brilliant location and breakfast.....will definitely be back. Noticed most of the negative comments focused on the Hotel not having a lift which I find very unfair as there are only 3 floors and the majority of the rooms are on the first two.

The hotel shares one entrance within the hotel restaurant which turns into a nightclub on the weekend. Witnessed some rowdy clientele being removed by police from the nightclub and so we felt as if we were walking into a police precinct not a hotel when returning from the town.

There was no lift, which normally wouldn't be an issue, however, on this occasion I had very large heavy luggage which made it difficult getting up and down the stairs. No kettle/coffee/tea making facility.

The breakfast is quite satisfactory. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was nice. For the price everything was good enough. I would come again. I recommend.

There is not much sound insulation. We literally heard the people above us and the ceiling was making noise. It is no big deal. We actually had fun with those situations because the hotel wasn't very crowded. It didnt bother that much. But still, i can't imagine when it's more crowded. Maybe instead of plastic cups, there could be actual glasses in the room. The location can be a little scary if you don't know the city like us, if you are tourists.

The bed needs upgrade, hotel restaurant was closed on e=the evening, and TV offered limited channel selection (mainly POL national controlled media).

The hotel doesn't seem to have a sign - just one for the restaurant. Reception is up a long flight of stairs and I don't think there's a lift so might be an issue for people with mobility issues.

The very central location literally in the heart of the city was perfect. It was walking distance from all central landmarks as well as the bus and train stations. The price was competitive although it did reflect the dated nature of the hotel. Personally, I preferred that rather than overpaying for facilities I didn't need. It was clean and spacious.

This is a pretty basic hotel. It is a little dated. Some items like the bathroom tap was working but shaky. The room was a little warm but open window helped. The shower was a little dated but again it did work. So all was just about adequate. If you are fussy you might not like it but I found all facilities to be sufficient.
