Breakfast buffet was just great with lots of selections that met my expectations. The staff was always helpful and went to extra mile to accommodate my requests. It was really hot that day but the A.C. worked beautifully.

I would have preferred more english speaking tv channels, face towels, having an iron and ironing board in the room.

The offer for breakfast was very ample. Nevertheless it was visible that several of the food not consumed one day was reworked and re-offered in a different form the days after. Taking that into consideration, I still recommend the hotel especially because it is a 3 star hotel and compared to western 3 stars it is much better even under this aspect.

Close to old town and market square with all the shops, restaurants and cafes. Super friendly lady at the reception desk who pointed us to the old town giving us tips where to park. Clean room themed for kids. I traveled with my 4 year old daughter and she loved it. Awesome breakfast. I mean it. The best breakfast I have ever seen in any chain hotel, beating even most expensive chains.

Nothing that I did not like. I knew exactly what amenities were offered and everything was as expected or better.

Being at an intersection on a busy road may be good for those arriving by car but access on foot means crossing this road but although the junction has traffic lights there is no pedestrian phase to enable a safe crossing

The staff was lovely and the room was spacious and clean. It was also very well laid out considering it was a family room. Excellent choice at breakfast.

There was a wedding at the hotel during our stay and we were awoken couple of times in the night by the noise - the loudness of the music made it more difficult to go back to sleep.

property was clean and quiet. restaurant is nice and breakfast is very generous. it is dog friendly, although we didn’t take our dog it is useful to know for next time.

would be good to have something more to do in the hotel rather than just the restaurant, we only used it as a base and we went out for entertainment elsewhere.

Very luxurious looking place, big parking, clean room, incredibly friendly staff willing to help and answer any questions. I stayed for one night. Price was, compared to east europe, very cheap.

The staff I spoke to weren't on par with their english. So communication included a lot of gestures with hands.

Spacious & cozy room. Sofa & crib for our children were prepared in advance & free of charge. Wonderful breakfast & very pleasant staff. Good location.

It was a bit noisy during night time - both inside (in the corridor) & on the street.

The free breakfast option was amazing. So many good options. Probably the best I have ever had.

Lock on room door worked but needed maintenance. No ice maker that I could find.
