Everything from start to finish was amazing - the hotel is very clean and well looked after. The Staff were very friendly, smiley and nothing was too much trouble for them. Free shower gel, shampoo and body lotion was a lovely addition to the room and if you like to take a bath - well, this hotel is perfect for it (you will get lovely smelling bath salts as well). The hotel is nice and quiet and within 10min walk to the main squere so the location is perfect. We would for sure use this hotel on our next visit to Krakow!

Location was very close to the main square in the old town, just a short 5 minute walk. It was also close to an all hours convenience store, bars & restaurants. If needed, tram stops were close by. It was approx 15-20 minute walk from the main railway station. The breakfast was very nice & very well presented, although it was mainly a breakfast made to order from a menu choice of 5 options. So if you were someone who liked to eat as much as you want or were not especially wanting one of the 5 options, it could have been a bit limiting. However, for us it was fine. The bed in our room was firm and very comfortable. In some hotels this can be a problem but in this hotel it was superb. It was a quiet, small & friendly hotel.

There was nothing I disliked.

The room was really big and it was very clean. The location of the hotel was great. The staff were very helpful and supplied an early breakfast when we had a trip at 6.20am. It was good that water was supplied in the room daily.

The pillows weren’t very good. The staff could be more friendly. Before arrival I had changed the credit card on Booking.com but I was still charged on the original card. Coffee in the room was not replenished. No bath mat was provided on our last day. We were put in a room with an interconnecting door. You could hear talking, tv and the bathroom being used from the room next door as there was not a solid wall.

The property was spacious and clean, we were provided with a safe and mini fridge in the room, an ironing board an iron, really lovely place, I really enjoyed the walk in shower and the choice of 2 shower heads, beds were clean, sides were dust free and there was always staff downstairs to help

Our room had a door that lead into next doors bathroom (was locked whole time so no issues anyone coming into our room) but every time someone was in there we could hear everything, which was a bit annoying when the neighbour wanted to make phone calls on loud speaker at 2 in the morning in there - apart from that it was fantastic

I liked how modern the property was. And it was in a good area that wasn’t too busy nor was it too far to walk into the main parts of old town

Only thing I didnt like too much was the shower and bathroom tap, don’t get me wrong the toilet facilities were clean and in great condition but the shower design is a open shower which tended to flood the bathroom a little bit and the tap in the bathroom was a sensor tap which made it a pain to use because the water would heat up very quick and get abit too hot, plus it was a pain to keep running while washing your hands and brushing teeth. But these are more just little dislikes so they’re not enough to make me want to avoid going again

The hotel was lovely, breakfast was fabulous and the staff very helpful. Great location to explore Krakow!

We were given a corner room, 301 I believe, the first night was not good my partner at 6ft barely slept, the bed was squashed up against the wall with only a foot to spare the other side, there is no way this should be a standard room it’s more suitable for single occupancy. The following morning we spoke to reception and pleased to say we were moved to a room as per the photos advertised, much more suitable for a couple so the remaining 3 nights were very pleasant.

This hotel was spotlessly clean, staff were very friendly and helpful, great location for sightseeing and getting to the square. the hotel booked us a trip to Auschwitz which was perfectly organised. I would 100% stay again.

the only thing i would say is the small bed blankets id have preferred a large one to cover the double rather than 2 singles.

Excellent location, just 5 min walking distance from the city centre and Planty (the large urban green belt around the old town), 10 min to Rynek Główny (the main square), 20 min to Galeria Krakowska (shopping centre) and the Kraków Główny train station. The hotel has a modern decor, the room was spotless and quite spacious, with air conditioning. The double bed was really comfortable and the extendable armchair made into bed was OK, too. There were refillable glass bottles of still and sparkling water available (excellent), with kettle, tea and coffee. Breakfast was delicious, there are breakfast menus to choose from (named after places) and buffet with sweet cakes and drinks (they also ensured gluten free options as we requested them beforehand). The neighbourhood is rather quiet for a place so close to the city center, which is great. We especially appreciated the blackout curtains for better sleep.

The bathroom is rather small and the glass bath screen could have an added extendable part to avoid water splashing towards the toilet and sink. The building is just across the road from a hospital, so originally we were a little worried about it, but when we arrived, it turned out there is no emergency room there, thus no ambulances were going in and out.

Perfect place for work: comfortable, well lit desk, fast network connection — both wireless and wired, 4k TV can be used as 2nd monitor with no artificial connectivity limitations limitations (provided You have your own cables). Love it. All room was carpeted, so no cold floor shocks while waking up to use the bathroom. Lighting was nice and stylish. All expected amenities in the room were provided. I loved high ceilings and general vibe of the place.

Room and esp. bathroom were a bit on a small side, but otherwise perfectly OK. Lifts were a bit slow and announcement ind signals (heard from within) were loud and and annoying — not for the faint-hearted.

Hotel was situated on the very edge of the Old Town so was a 10 minute or so walk in to the Main Square. This however was an interesting walk past cafes, restaurants, a theatre and a park and it was pleasant to come back to after a busy day doing all that there is to do in and around the Square. Reception staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good.

Our room had a large chair in one corner which could clearly have been made into a single bed. As a couple we did not need this but it did mean a part of the room could not really be used - for us the space could have been better utilised. Room however was otherwise very comfortable.
