I love this hotel, this was my 3rd visit. Staff have always been amazing, polite & helpful with very good English. The location is excellent, sitting right next to a street of bars, restaurants & local food shops (Starbucks, and I recommend Mr Pancake), it has never been noisy of a night while I have visited. The hotel is a lovely short walk of around 5mins to Krakow Square. The rooms aren't massive but big enough for two ppl with plenty of clothes storage. They are newly decorated in a lovely modern style, very clean, reasonable sized and priced mini bar that you can also use as a fridge. The rooms were warm, flat screen TV on the wall with minimal English channels, which is fine as you're not there to watch tv. My views from the room have always been ok, either street view or courtyard. Full bathroom with walk in shower and plenty of storage and floor tiles seemed to be heated. The breakfast area is very pretty, the contential breakfast has always been amazing but have to say this time around it was ok, didn't seem as much option but we were also with fussy eatters. Hotel is great at booking trips and so easy to be picked up from the hotel for all trips. Hotel staff have always been amazing at communicating via email before we arrive, helping with questions, booking trips and booking our taxi from the airport.

Unfortunately there is a big downside to the new rooms that have double beds, the bathroom has no walls, the walls are glass with a pretty decal of Krakow city on them so you can still see through the glass! They have a curtain that you can pull across outside one side of the bathroom glass for privacy, but you can still hear EVERYTHING, I love my husband, but some things in a marriage need to remain private haha! So we had to put the TV on to drown out bathroom noises, no big deal but we could do without that on a trip haha.

This hotel is conveniently located not too far from the Basilica and the main square, making it easy to explore the area. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe, even when walking at night. The staff were cordial and able to communicate effectively in English, which made everything smooth and hassle-free. While the room was on the smaller side, it was well-appointed and functional, meeting all basic needs. One of the best aspects was how quiet the hotel was, particularly during the night, ensuring a restful stay. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good selection to start the day.

There isn’t much to complain about. Maybe a suggestion to install a ramp at entrance to make luggage carrying up and down to the reception easier.

Top Hotel. Everything was good, Breskfast was so nice, I am vegetarian, there was much to choose from. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed to rest my weary bones. We had no problem with parking outside Hotel, I met a lovely Polish Traffic Warden, she was so helpful when we were paying for parking, which was free from 8pm to 10am, thereafter we paid 7zlt for 2 hours parking, that is around £1.40. We were within walking distance of pubs restaurants & plenty of History. Such a clean place, lovely helpful people. Cannot fault the Hotel. We asked to settle our bill the night before as we had an early flight, they were concerned we were missing breakfast and said they would make us a packed lunch for our journey. Omg, we each had a bag that consisted of 2 sandwiches, a carton of fruit, bottle of water, peach, plum & 2 chocolate wafers. So much food. So grateful for there care & efforts to make our stay memorable.

The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast had plenty of options to choose from. Despite not having plant milk visible on the table, they were able to give me some after I asked the staff. We were able to keep our bags in the hotel after checkout to collect later. Staff was polite and helpful.

The bedside tables were behind the beds, which made it not easy to reach. This happened in one of the twin rooms. Both waters provided in the room seemed to have gas, although one of them said that it didn't. It would be helpful to have a label near the food when having breakfast so we know what it is. It would also be nice to have info about having plant milk available if required.

Fantastic staff, very friendly, attentive and accommodating any request I had. Excellent breakfast, lots of choice and everything delicious and replenished often. Gold star for actual baby bedding in the cot, usually hotels only provide a bed sheet. Highly recommend!

Excellent location (close to the city center), friendly staff, comfortable beds, beautiful room with a great view, and a delicious breakfast. Daily cleaning was an added bonus. We appreciated the option to book a trip to Auschwitz directly at the reception – they took care of everything and even prepared lunchboxes for everyone.

No full cosmetic set provided (only soap and shower gel/shampoo), and the hairdryer placement was a bit inconvenient.

An excellent location, just a short walk from the Old Town and Main Square. I have to praise its friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and good amenities like Wi-Fi and breakfast options. The hotel offers a cozy, modern design and caters well to leisure travelers, with its quiet surroundings and proximity to restaurants and attractions.

The limited size of some bathrooms and a lack of clear food labeling at breakfast.

The hotel was very well located and you can easily walk to the center and to other places. The breakfast was really good and staff was super friendly, they helped us book a tour to the Salt mines and also booked transfer for the way back to the airport. The rooms were also very clean.

The rooms were a bit small but we were out most of the time so it wasn’t really a problem. However, the beds were a bit uncomfortable but I guess it’s just preferences. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel!

Perfect location, good breakfast

The bathroom is really small and could be more clean. Also the water from the shower used to go outside the box and needs to be fixed. But it didn't ruin things for us We bought the Auschwitz visit with a company through the hotel but I don't recommend it. The transfer was OK but the guide talked and walked like if he was in a marathon. We didn't have time to see anything, it was impossible to even read the important information. It was really expensive and we don't recommend at all.

Friendly welcome. Room was good size, quiet with good aircon and comfortable bed and bathroom was fine. Good WiFi. Room had a safe and glass bottles of water. Breakfast was fine with a selection of hot and cold options including scrambled eggs, sausages and a vat of baked beans, cereals, youghurt, cheese, ham, bread, pastries, fruit salad, fruit, fruit juice and hot drinks. Located on a pleasant quiet street in good location for the old Town.
