A rare case where a hotel gives much more than one would expect from an overnight stay on a routine business trip. Ample car parking, friendly staff, great rooms, personal balcony, excellent restaurant, ample choice of food for breakfast and much more. The price of the stay includes access to the sauna and I really regret that I didn't know this and didn't have time to use the sauna.

Thumbelina's toilet (laugh) I also forgot my toothbrush at this hotel, and omen says I'll be back again (with pleasure)! (wink)

Very modern facilities. Excellent food. Although sometimes there was language barrier the staff were always very polite and forever smiling.

On booking out the receptionist was not at the desk for nearly an hour. Nearly missed my flight trying to locate the receptionist. There was no one else to assist. I went to the breakfast room, the kitchen and everywhere but could not get any help. Otherwise this was the only negative

The service was in generel very good. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The food was phenomenal. Both breakfast and dinner. We also had drinks a few times. Everything from the kitchen/ bar was amazing. It was very easy to park at the hotel too. The room was big with aircon, big bed and big screen TV. But we had no Wi-Fi in our room at all.

If you don't have a car, it is far from everything, and the area is not very interesting for a walk. No small towels in bathroom - not even one to wipe the floor. We only had two bath towels. No Wi-Fi in our room - they called the tech-guy, but nothing happened.

Great hotel with private parking in the front and back. Very nice and spacious room. Very good breakfast buffet. Very helpful staff at reception. Very nice to have access to the steam sauna and the infrared sauna. Supermarket is 1 minute walking from the hotel. This is a rare find in today's world. Amazing experience.

There could have been a small fridge in the room, but we managed as it was winter.

The rooms were clean, spacious, modern, quiet and comfortable. To our pleasant surprise, as hotel guests, we had an access to the gym and saunas at the spa of the hotel. We were provided with extra towels and slippers to use the saunas. Convenient parking spaces right next to the hotel. Lovely breakfast catering to all the dietary needs. I really enjoyed the stay!

Location is not the best, quite far away from the city center. No English speaking staff at the hotel's restaurant made it a bit difficult to order.

Very good breakfast included in the price, nice bed, big parking lot, sauna, pretty new furniture. Overall great hotel for this price.

Navigation in the hotel is quite tough. You can get lost in the corridors. My room was missing a towel for some reason. The card key was not working, so I need to get back. But personnel worked these issues very well.

Good bed with a comfortable mattress, new bed linen, large TV, two showers and two toilets. The jacuzzi bath worked perfectly. Lovely staff and an excellent breakfast with a variety of food choices, a personalised order of omelette or scrambled eggs and delicious coffee.

Every few minutes there was a slight humming sound in the room for half a minute or so from the extractor or something else. If you are not highly sensitive to such things, you won't be disturbed. The room has a corridor with a door to a connected room. If you're unlucky enough to have neighbours, you might hear all their conversation when you come to retreat to the hot tub.

I liked the peace and quiet of the place. Although this may seem not the most central hotel, but the transport connection with city center is quite good. You can use bus NR 39. Also the spa, and most importantly the gym is the best equipped with all hotels in Lublin, there concept rowing machine, treadmills and stationary bikes. Also I recommend massages with Ms Agnieszka.

Excellent breakfast included in price, super friendly and professional staff, nice and clean allaround. There was a random swing from the ceiling that added for some jokes and moderate swinging 😂

The offer stated there will be a balcony but we didn’t have one apart from the communal one

The staff was very pleasant and ready to help - advises a good restaurant outside of hotel (we arrived before the hotel restaurant work hours) and it worthes the money. The parking is big. The staff speaks English and try to understand my bad Polish language - thanks for it. The cleaning service was done well after 1 night of stay beacuse I asked to clean the room and it was done well. The breakfast is various and very tasty. The restaurant cooks delicious meal: we ate twice there. In the room cost the usage of sauna and salt room were included and it is very good serviced.

The first night from Friday to Saturday there was a private party in the hotel, which lasted till the night. Having went to bed at 10 p.m. was assisted with the loud music from the first floor because of this event. Next day we had an important competition and needed to rest but because of the loud music we were exhausted and did not have enough sleep. If you are ok with loud events and without small children you may stay at this hotel because other things are excellent in the hotel, except loud music of the events if they occur.
