Good location, many restaurants available in the area, as well as supermarkets (all 5 mins walking distance). Rooms/flats are quiet and spacious.

No regulation for the air condition in the room. Breakfast too crowed with many kids running around (not against kids but for business travellers its not something people want to deal with), with the very little room at the coffee machine area, as it is very close to the bread section. Re arranging the breakfast buffet sections and increasing the number of coffee machine stations, could allow the crowd to be more scattered. The parking entrance requires the driver to step out of the car to pass the badge in the badge reader, inconvenient. Additionally, to enter the parking area without the car, you need to open the main car gate, as the pedonal door doesn't have badge reader.

Very clean hotel with a lot of fun stuff for kids. Very kind staff. Very good breakfast. A lot of activities for children. Very nice rooms. Overall a very good experience.

Firat point is that the language that has been used the most during the kids activities was polish, which is good for locals but not good for people who cannot speak the language. However, during the tattoo activity for example, communication between staff and children was still working. Two major facilities had the addition "(Project)" which means they are still under construction. But this is not clear with the term "Project".

It’s a brand new development, so the rooms are new, clean and well equipped. There are sooo many activities for the kids. Really recommend this for families, there’s playgrounds, game rooms, animation, climbing gyms… Really all sorts of stuff to keep your kids happy and entertained. The food was also really good, both the breakfast buffet and the restaurant on the property. Didn’t have time this time to check out the beauty/massage salon, but we’ll definitely be back.

The entire resort is really big and split out into 8 or more buildings - the signage and instructions on where different facilities are should be way better and more prominent. We ended up walking around for 20 min with a toddler trying to find the entrance to the swimming pool, only to realise you cannot access it from the outside, but through another building. Also, the current swimming pool (I think a big swimming pool area is still being built and will probably open soon) is way too small for such a resort - it was completely too crowded and a very stressful experience to visit. Just go to the beach!

Large, clean rooms. Large selection for breakfast, restaurant not crowded early in the morning. Kids loved playing table tennis and the rock-climbing wall.

Tiny pool, temperature could be a bit higher. EV charging option would be great if it wasn't ridiculously priced. Most hotels offer free charging or at least charge less than public chargers. Parking itself shouldn't be that expensive out of season. Don't really care about the TV, but if it's there, it should offer at least a few channels in Polish.

Super friendly staff nice studio flat with a very comfy bed. Breakfast was just right. Lunch box on the day of check out (on my request) was very good!

Although breakfast was okay for me, for the type of hotel and the price per night, I would expect a bigger variety of products. Very limited fruits. Confusing access between the rooms and parking area, as well as to move from one building to another without using the street. Maps are confusing and indications are not that accurate. Dinner buffet (when paid separately) is very expensive when compared with the variety of food available (23euros/person).

Food was excellent, hotel was clean. Good facilities, friendly staff. Rooms excellent. Nice splash park, play areas, facilities and activities for kids.

Very Long ques at reception, check in takes too long. Wasn't given a pass to exit car park after check - out and had over an hour que to speak to receptionist to get it. Difficult to find a table in restaurant, not enough tables/restaurant space to cater for the number of guests. Needs an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers/ sun umbrellas.

Apartment was nicely arranged and clean. Comfortable bed and well equipped. Facility is huge but it is possible to walk from one building to another with corridors. Really great SPA with very professional stuff. There is also sauna and pool. Very nice breakfast. Pets friendly. Good location, few minutes walk from the beach and Promenade.

We could get an impression that some areas are to small for the amount of people this facility can host. We were there outside of the season, but restaurant during the breakfast was just packed. Small pool and one sauna seems also not enough for this size of the hotel. Fee for the pets is quite high.

Breakfast, our room, location and entertainment were great! We would come again! Exeptionally clean room, big thanks to cleaning staff! Kids animation at chill zone is great! The lady at play zone 2 was also very nice!

The lady at reception by check-in could not find our reservation and it took her more than 30 minutes to resolve! After we were waiting for in total one hour with two small kids at 8p.m. she didn't even apologize for their as she said "database mistake" and showed zero empathy. Also checked out by her as well, and it would be nice to hear "hope you enjoyed your stay" or smth similar, but she only said "it's ok"😂 Apart from that there was always a long queque at reception and they didn't pick a phone when we called to say that bedsheets for kids are missing. So again we went to reception and waited for 20 minutes. If you wont deal with reception, it should be a very nice experience.

Location, breakfast, dog allowed.

Shower - leaking water from shower basin, 5 minutes spent for floor wiping after every shower taken. Parking was not booked even written for, all spots taken, announced by check-in…Outside pool with slides for kids despite mid of summer freezing cold, water must have been 13*C…not for kids for sure if you are not willing to risk getting them cold. 🙁

So many opportunities to do something with the little ones: Indoor playgrounds, animation, pool with an area for toddlers, outdoor play area. Everything you need nearby like groceries, the beach, cafes, restaurant. The rooms were clean and comfy.

The only thing we missed was a gym (but they offer aqua fitness courses ;) )
