The location is perfect, the stuff super nice and friendly and very helpful, and breakfasts were just too tasty to leave the restaurant! All was fresh and very tasty, whole variety of dishes, fruit and coffee also super tasty.

I wasn’t too keen on the smell coming out of the shower drainage, especially at night. Not sure if this was my room only or everywhere but this was really off putting. Also, no AC which would be a bonus and very small pool which was hard to enjoy with 2 kids jumping, not really possible to swim. Water too cold to soak. But sauna was very nice and relaxing.

Room size and breakfast was more than adequate. The breakfast options were plentiful. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The coffee delicious.

I traveled with my sister. We are both originally from Mragowo. We had to travel for our sister's funeral so it was a sad occasion and so we did not go above and beyond in trying all the accessories from the hotel. We did hope the twin beds would be "separate" or further apart but we managed. The pillows were small, I should have asked for another but I did not. The mattress was on the hard side but overall the room was warm and cozy. The beautiful nature from the balcony made up for everything.

Great location, nice for a walk in town or near the lake. Great breakfast in the morning, with big glasses and cup for drinks, whilst in other hotels u get tiniest glasses and cups and have to go to refill loads of times. There are toilet brushes which is great, because they are hard to find in other European hotels. All in all, great hotel.

Pool is very shallow, so really just suitable for kids. U won't be able to properly swim in there. Also there were no electric sockets at all on one side of the bed or by the table for the kettle. Had to charge the phone or put in a kettle in the TV socket.

The staff were very friendly and helpful; I left my charger in the room, and it was returned to me without any trouble. We stayed during the winter, and the view of the lake from our side balcony was lovely. Quite good food in the restaurant - really very nice breakfast buffet - and it was possible to buy honey and nalewka from the bar as a souvenir. Close to the center of the village as well.

This was our second visit of the hotel and again were more then satisfied with the trip. Managers and staff were helpful and hospitable. Our room was well equipped with fridge, kettle and cups, coffee and tea, water, glasses, shower accessories. We also booked a Sylwester party that was good organized: a varied menu, buffet with snacks to suit all tastes, cosy and festive atmosphere, photo area and decorations, music and dancing. There were lots of people of different ages and everyone was dancing and having fun. The second day was very enjoyable in the pool and sauna.

We enjoyed our stay and would like to share just few wishes: it would be nice to have slippers and bathrobes in the room to go comfortably into the pool and sauna area, and dry sauna wasn't hot enough.

Lovely location. We've had dinner at the restaurant and the food was beautiful. Steak was perfection. The soft play corner was a savour. What a fab idea! Lovely breakfast buffet.

Location, room (after we were upgraded as the original room had issues with closing the bath door), awesome breakfast and view to the lake.

Excellent breakfast. Enough space for car parking. Available swimming pool and saunas, kids playground. Location next to the lake and in the centre of the town.

Room windows were to the inside yard, not to the lake.

Nice room, good breakfast, great location, good food in restaurant. I usually like firm mattress, and years ago complained in booking comments, that this hotel has very soft mattress. This time I got room with extra firm mattress. :)

A late autumn stay here was slightly off-season. Still, the gold and crimson leaves and trees rimming the lake were gorgeous. There is a rustic feel to Molo that made for a magical weekend. The breakfast buffet is superb and the service is second to none. This is a proudly family-run hotel and it shows. Natalia runs an efficient program. She could manage a four or five star hotel anywhere in the world.
