The staff is a little young, like they don't know exactly what to do and there is no manager to show them the tasks they need to perform, then at dinner time you keep on waiting endlessly at the restaurant until some waiter brings you the menu or take your order, and you end up going to the bar asking for food and drinks, you need to clean your table yourself at breakfast time because no one does it, when a coffee machine gets empty at rush hours, you just need to pray the other ones will work, and when you rent and you pay a room for 4 people, if you want 4 fresh towels in the morning you need to ask for it to the kid in the corridor texting on his/her cell phone, as well if you need new glasses of water or anything else. Then globally the staff is not skilled

150 pln per pet per night???? is rather ridiculous.... this is more vs EU hotels with similar standard. 15-20 euro this is typical.... Why this information is not on BOOKING.com hotel policies??? other additional payements and conditions are listed but not this. I think hotel is confronting guests as a surprise during check out. I would probably not book hotel giving the costs.... I don't think hotel informing enough the guests...

We enjoyed absolutely everything during our stay! The location is beautiful, and the property itself is fantastic. The children didn't want to leave the premises at all, so we mostly spent our vacation time in the swimming pool and children's areas :D We also enjoyed the breakfast - there was a wide variety of choices to suit everyone's taste. Since we had a dog with us, being on the first floor was a big help. We didn't need to take him through the whole hall each time, as we had direct access to the outside. The (standart) room was not big, but we fit well :) We definitely will stay again when we are in that area

I really loved that there is evolved infrastructure and facilities for athletes and people in sports. I enjoyed watching my son's football game in the hotel area. The food is also great too, which is a big bonus.

Very nice hotel with lots of indoor activities. Clean and quiet leaving with friendly staff and many variety choices for breakfast.

Bathroom needed updating (I had a moving toilet seat) plus at the breakfast time it was missing a proper cup for tea.

A good hotel to explore the beautiful lakes from. It's a massive hotel that provides anything you may wish for: spa, pool, karaoke, playgrounds for kids, video games etc. Our kids enjoyed them all. Also, we highly enjoyed our dinner from the menu. And that view on the terrace was just excellent!

The rooms could use an upgrade to their interior designs. It's a bit traveling back in time now.
