Great location right in the old town, small kitchenette had all needed amenities. Staff was friendly and there was no problem to store baggage after check-out. Good quality to price ratio, especially because of great location.

Furniture have seen better days, bed was squeaking loudly with every movement.

The apartment was large, clean and comfortable. It was on the first floor and was light an airy. There was no living room but I get the feeling that though it says Apartamenty it is more of what I would call an Aparthotel. There were comfortable chairs to sit on in the 2 larger bedrooms. There was a small kitchen with a table and chairs, a 2 ring hob, a microwave and a fridge. The bathroom was large and the shower was good. The apartment was one road back from the main shopping street and the old town was about a 10 minute walk. We didn't use public transport but chose to walk everywhere. There were plenty of restaurants close by. Though close to the city centre it was quiet at night.

The single beds were very noisy / squeaky. The WIFI was not great but I kept on forgetting to mention this to the reception, so didn't give them a chance to correct this whilst we were there.

- I would have liked to know exactly which apartment in the complex I was booking (the property seems to operate many units in the building and displays photos of all of them under one listing on Booking.com, so you can't choose a specific one) - There were a few rogue hairs from the previous occupants around the apartment (on a pillow, in the shower and on the floor), which was unpleasant

Poznan is a fantastic city! The apartment is conveniently located at walking distance to the historic town center, yet still in a peaceful neighbourhood. The reception is a little office facing the street, where you can collect your keys and be informed which apartment you will stay at, since the apartments are slightly distributed. Our flat was a nice 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen in the living room. It had plenty of space. It had a balcony overlooking the street. There was free and good quality wifi at the apartment. The kitchen had all the utensils to cook as well as cutlery. The apartment and bathroom were clean and the beds were comfortable. There are a number of mini-markets in the vicinity and a shopping mall next street. I would definitely stay here if I happen to visit Poznan again.

Parking in the vicinity is a bit challenging. The region where the apartment resides have paid street parking during the day. The host is offering a nearby parking garage, however I found the price to be on the high-end.

We stayed in the apartment for 2 nights on the 3rd floor without balcony option. The place was clean and neat. Very quiet apartment when the windows are closed. It's very well situated in the city not far from restaurants and shops. They own a restaurant downstairs where they serve a very good breakfast. The staff is friendly. We recommend the place and most probably we might return.

The pictures don't reflect the reality. The pictures look more beautiful than in reality (photoshop??) we stayed on the 3rd floor, we had to carry heavy suitcases up and it was more difficult than we thought There were no lifts (we knew it already). If you are backpacking or traveling very light it's fine. Mattress can be better.

I'm a regular visitor to Poznan and I always start my search of places from Pomaranczarnia. I like the location - close to the train station, good public transport connection and it is in the city centre. But a city centre that is quiet at night. I tried a lot of other places to stay but it was usually so noisy at night that I didn't sleep well. The personal is always nice. 😘 The apartments have basic necessary equipment - you can make tea or cook there. I personally never use the kitchen because I'm not good in cooking. I recommend this place to stay. You cannot find anything better for this price in Poznan.

- Lovely, clean flat with everything you I needed during my stay - Great location, right next to the shopping street and a 5 minute walk from the old town square. Good tram connection (5 minute walk to the tram stop) to the train station and Poznan congress center too. - Friendly service at the reception despite some language challenges - Breakfast wasn't included in the price but can be purchased at a cafe next to the reception. There are also a lot of other lovely cafes and restaurants within walking distance - Very reasonable price

- Noisy cleaners in the corridor just outside the flat at 7 am on Sunday morning... - Also bin men in the back of the building were very, very noisy very early in the morning, but I guess that's something that just happens at such a central location

I should be able to be allowed to enter the reception area upon arrival to show my reference order number rather than doing it on a street I left some piece of clothing behind and the reception and I should have been notified about it and asked if I was willing to collect it later on. I did not like the smell of the fresh paint in the appartment

Breakfast was not good. I have skipped it at all because they don't maintain the basics of hygiene. In the summer, the served food must be covered from flies, they did not do this, and how can you take food on which flies crawl, this is unacceptable. It was in the summer, maybe in the winter the situation is better. The breakfast was offered by another restaurant, thus this issue more for the restaurant. My experience would be better if I would book without a breakfast.

The property was clean, looked good and had lovely view from the balcony. Super comfortable bed and had everything we needed. The location is amazing as you have Main Street and anything you need just around the corner and yet it is not located on the Main Street, so keeps the noise down. Staff were super friendly and we could leave our baggage with them before the check-in.
