Beautiful, big, clean room with a small kitchen part. The room was so nice that I wished I could have stayed longer.

The accommodation is less than a minutes walk to the main square of Poznan, it is a very well maintained hotel and very good value for money. The hotel staff are very pleasant, we were always provided with coffee and milk when we asked for fresh supplies. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby, there is a very nice craft beer bar directly next door.

There really is nothing to dislike with the hotel, the reception is open until 20:00 and we were made to feel very welcome. We stayed in a room facing the front and as the bins were emptied every morning I would recommend taking ear plugs but this was a tiny inconvenience. All in all we were very happy with AR Apartmenty.

We were absolutely blown away by how modern, sleek, stylish and clean the hotel was - not to mention the location!! 1 minute away from the main square in Poznan and all the brilliant shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel kindly and seamlessly allowed us a late check in due to our late flight and honestly I cannot rate them highly enough. The room was large, perfectly equipped for all our needs and more (including fridge and shampoo/shower gel, as well as a lovely tea set) and impeccably clean. The whole experience was perfect for our time in Poznan and we’d be back in a heartbeat.

Nothing at all - was perfect!

The location is phenomenal, just 100m away from the main square, and right inside the Poznan old town. Only 5 minutes away you have trams and buses that take you around the city. The room was very comfortable, and the amenities provided also of good quality. The window view was also nice, looking out to the old town. Last but not least, it's a renovated apartment complex with a lot of taste.

The was no elevator and we were on the 3rd floor, with steep and long steps typical of old apartments. The bathroom sink was miniscule, and the space to cross to the other side of the bed was also extremely narrow, which I believe are normal consequences of trying to fit multiple apartments in the same complex. For people arriving after the check-in time, we are given the keycode to open the room, but not the keycard that powers everything, and so we didn't have power during the first night.

Excellent location, just a few meters from the main square. Easy to access by foot or by taxi. Very safe and clean neighbourhood. Very clean and beautiful room. All essentials were provided including bottled water, glasses and a fridge. Super easy check-in process - doors open with passcode so no need to be in contact with the receptionists. We had a late check-in and it went very smoothly. Overall it was the best choice!

The room was on the third floor without elevator. In the room there was constantly a buzzing noise coming from an electrical panel that drove us crazy. Not great sound insulation - we could hear other people talking and even their alarms in the morning.

I loved that the room, reception and hallways all smelled amazing. The room was neat and exceptionally clean. The bed was comfortable and the room was a nice temperature. I was surprised that there was fridge which was massively helpful.

I was in a room facing the courtyard lights so if you happen to get one of these and are sensitive to light, make sure to have a eyemask. However I didn't see that as the worse thing since I always carry my eyemask. Also there were always noises from random parts internal and external to the room but again not the worse thing.

Great location with very friendly staff. Right in the middle of the city center and close to all bars and restaurants. We were in Poznan only for the food and Christmas market so we were really happy. Very comfy bed with all the necessary amenities. I would definitely stay there again.

Although I didn’t mind it at all some people might. We were staying on the ground floor and i could hear the opening/closing of the main entrance door. So keep that in mind. Again, not a problem for me but it might be a problem if you are a light sleeper.

One wall was thin as paper, so my sleep was daily interrupted by the couple in the next door room. I even heard them snorring like they lay next to me!! Also to few wall hooks for towels in my room. But overall very pleasent stay!

It is a great room in a perfect location to explore the city. It's not an apartment; it's just a room with very limited kitchen facilities (kettle, sink, and small fridge). As long as you are aware of it when booking it there will be no disappointment. The whole building feels freshly renovated and the room was excellent. Clean and large bathroom with shower and very comfortable bed. The location is perfect for old-town exploration.

The room and location exceeded our expectations. I can't think of any negatives.

Once I was able to change the room, (which was adjacent to the pub's terrace and very noisy at night), everything was fine. The second room I was given was probably the quietest in the house, it was comfortable and clean. The location of the apartments is great, literally steps away from the main square.

I would not stay on the ground floor again. The single rooms are tiny, with tiny sinks and there's nowhere to put your stuff in the bathroom at all. Window curtains are not wide enough. You can't block the external light so if you're sensitive to light you have to wear a sleeping mask at night.
