Lovely hotel in an excellent location; just a few minutes walk to the Town Square. Hotel was exceptionally clean throughout and we particularly liked the free hot drinks available in the lobby. Our room was a good size and very cosy and the bathroom was very nicely decorated with an excellent shower and underfloor heating. The bathroom is like a glass cube in the room, not a completely separate room, but the glass was quite obscured and there was a curtain that cut the bathroom off from the bed area. Breakfast was a feast with loads of choice and it was all delicious.

The pillows on the bed were not comfy. There were 2 normal size pillows and 2 massive ones and they were all too soft and felt like they sank down to nothing. We asked for some harder pillows which were better but there was only 1 normal size hard one and 1 massive one available so only one of us could get a good nights sleep. There wasn't really any drawer space in the room and not much space for hanging.

Perfect location just a minute walk off the old town square with some lovely restaurants and bars en-route. The public areas were very nice. We went for a classic room and it was perfect, clean and modern and had everything we needed. Only had breakfast on our last day before heading to the airport as we like to eat out. However the hotels breakfast is excellent and is very good value for money. Could order from the cook to order menu and take your pick from hot buffet selection (pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, egg, tomato’s etc) or the huge variety from the cold section (savoury and sweet). Very nice design hotel in a central location in the city centre of Poznan. There is a tram stop nearby and the historic main square is only a 5-minute walk away. The reception staff were very friendly and courteous, the atmosphere was warm and friendly. This is especially nice when you arrive in the late afternoon on a cold December day. The foyer is beautifully designed and invites you to linger. The room was stylish and decorated in beautiful colours, the beds were comfortable. Everything looked new and was in good condition. But the best thing was the breakfast, which offered a wide selection of bread, fruit, cheese and everything you could dream of. It was a pity that we had to leave early because of a meeting. If I come back to Poznan, I will definitely book the hotel again.

Excellent location, good room equipment (massive TV!), fast Wi-Fi network dedicated for your room, friendly staff, large lobby to wait or talk with people outside of the hotel. We needed a few extra hours to check out and the staff let us stay without any issues or extra charges.

Rooms have a small panel that controls lights and the air conditioning. AC works within a range (-3 to +3) relative to the standard hotel temperature, and it's toned down between 22:00 - 6:00. Since we usually returned to the hotel after midnight, it did not work very well for us, especially that it was very hot that weekend in Poznań.

It was in a quiet area but very close to the old market. It’s just 3 minutes walk and 12 minutes walk to Poznan Cathedral. I liked the lobby where it felt like walking in a big living room with some books and a coffee machine and tea station where you can help yourself with these throughout the day. They even had takeaway cups. There were bicycles you can borrow for free. I also got to use the sauna. It was small but good. The breakfast was good. Apart from the buffet, you can also order from the menu of the day. Lobby has big long tables with ports so you can work there too.

The bathroom is small. I’m medium sized lady and still felt it was on the small side. The sink was small and water often splashed/dripped to the floor.

Me and my husband had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, making it convenient to explore the area. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, allowing for a stress-free experience. My room was exceptionally clean and incredibly comfortable, providing a great place to unwind. One of the standout features was the ability to share my cell phone apps with the TV, which made it easy to enjoy my favorite shows and movies. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful getaway!

Some little amenities like body lotion was missing, but that’s about it to be honest!

Modern hotel . Staff were very welcoming & friendly on our arrival & gave us a very detailed orientation of the hotel & the surrounding area. The rooms are spacious very clean & and very comfortable bed . The location is perfect a short walk to the old town with many excellent restaurants. Parking is available on site .

Breakfast was very average not a lot of selection of fresh fruit . We waited for some time to get a staff member to take our cooked option order. Also you have to pay extra for a coffee made at the bar . First time we have struck this during our travels . Staff were very unfriendly.

The location is great for anyone wanting to explore the city centre. The tram stop Małe Garbary (no. 17) is nearby, so it’s easy to get to and from the main railway station. The location is surprisingly quiet considering how central it is. Anyone familiar with Puro will enjoy the luxury of the place and the staff are just great

Nothing really - it’s an astonishingly ugly building, though, and you do wonder how on earth planning permission was granted

I love Puro so there was no surprise that it was amazing. Very clean hotel, you can choose level of pillow softness and staff is simply brilliant! Everyone very kind and always with smile and very professional. They are also very flexible, no extra charge for late check-out which is great! Voucher for welcome drink at the check in and the most wonderful breakfast you can imagine.

The little suggestion- would be great to have possibility to get small, standing mirror on request, like with the pillows. Women like to sit down whilst doing make up- especially you have an armchair and little side table in the room so would be perfect.

The breakfast was outstanding, such a great range of choices and really delicious. The location was fantastic and hotel service was great! The warm floors in the bathroom were luxurious! (Appreciated it even in summer). Room and bed comfortable. Would stay again!

The pillows in Poland are thin and we didn't see that you could request bigger pillows until the end of the trip - so do that if you prefer harder pillows!
