Great price- value! Friendlyl staff, even arriving late, parking was just in front of the entrance. Peaceful area, warm room with super comfy beds. Wonderful breakfast with lovely coffee and fruits, there is all you need. highly recommend.

Good sound isolation from the street. Rich breakfast, many options to choose and Capuccino machine.

There was loud party downstairs about which we wasn't informed before booking. Some of the breakfast options wasn't tasty. Declared check-in time till 00:00 when they have 24hr front desk.

Decently spaced double room, wood finishes and decorative pictures are very nice. Very good heating in rooms. Decent breakfast.

Could improve on cleanliness standards, bathroom had limescale residues and small traces of mould in corner of shower, there was also a specific smell lingering in the bathroom which was only exacerbated by the strong heating system. The shower could do with a better shelf for bathing essentials, ours was plastic, outdated and broken, it also didn’t hold a lot of space. The “couch” in the main room was stained and old, some staining was also visible on the carpet. Additionally, our room was prepared with only one pillow and a duvet even though the booking was made for 2 people - this was quickly rectified but made us feel like the staff were slightly disorganised. The lighting by the vanity was very poor which was quite inconvenient for myself being pregnant at the time of our stay, as I had to transfer to the bathroom where I couldn’t sit down to get ready in front of the mirror. The lights by the headboard are inconveniently placed and we often found ourselves knocking our heads on them, if they were installed right above the bedside tables instead there would be no problem. There was “no outside food on premises” policy which was quite strange for us and even inconvenient, as the hotel was hosting a large party in the restaurant downstairs on the Friday evening during our stay, meaning we felt like we had no choice but to leave the premises that evening just to have dinner. We avoided bringing in any food for the fear of being “fined” which seems absolutely ridiculous, we understand that this is done to encourage guests to use the restaurant facilities but we believe it had the opposite effect. No mini fridge in the room was also a slight shock.

Friendly staff did what they could to help and coped with my awful Polish which is always nice. Dinner was tasty and piping hot.

Unfortunately the hotel seems to become a nightclub on Saturdays.... The limited menu that was available was ok but my order (a pasta dish) took the best part of an hour to arrive.. the loud disco music made its way up to the second floor and carried on til 2am.... Although I was forewarned about this I had no time to rebook a room elsewhere in town. Breakfast was somewhat lackluster, seeing as it was an ice cold day with deep snow outside, a hot breakfast would have been appreciated especially considering the cost (35pln). There were no hot options available at all and no restaurant staff were visible at breakfast.
