Good and friendly customer service. Modest, but comfortable accommodation, extra radiator was brought for the night. Breakfast was okay. Location is good, about 5 minutes walk from the main square where are e.g. bus stop and shops. Easy to access by bus from Częstochowa.
TV in my room didn't have so many TV channels and I ended up mixing up the entire channel selection when trying to search TV channels myself.

The locations is really great.
The internet in our room was not working and there was not curtain shower thus a lot of water in the bathroom floor.

It was pretty outside, that’s all. And clean.
The whole place looked abandoned - everything closed, including restaurant (even tho Google said it’s open). Mattress was old enough to creak with every move. Shower was broken. TV didn’t work, in any of two rooms (we were suppose to stay in one with bath but switched to one with shower) at all, but it’s not an actual issue. I couldn’t reach an owner, fortunately one guest (only one except us) gave me a mobile to owner so I finally was able to reach them and take a key. IMPORTANT: there is an fire dep next to property. I’ve never lived close to volunteer fire dep, didn’t know that they have SIREN that will reach our room with full volume. I get it, it’s important, but someone should mentioned it before I had the most unpleasant sleep interruption.
