We got an upgrade of the room that We even didn't request which is awesome, so in the end We landed in junior suit with one big bad and second room with sofa and baby cot. Location of Site is awesome- You'll see Sopot aquapart 100m away, hearing the sea all the time thanks to being so close. Great breakfast, which kids liked, awesome indoor playground for kids 2-8yo (but even 1yo had fun :) ). Understanding reception with smile for everyone and perfect preparation to have smaller/bigger families with little kids. Awesome stay!

We liked this hotel. It’s a nice place to stay for a few days. Our family room had two bathrooms, it was a surprise and very pleasant one. The hotel is situated near Sopot Aquapark and they provide 15% discount coupons for your visits to aquapark. The distance to the beach is about 12-15 minutes’ walk. And this walk goes through old and great forest. Very calm and cool place. The beach is long and nice. But the main problem about beaches in Sopot is the lack of dressing rooms and toilets. The hotel also has very good restaurant. We were there twice in the evening. The portions are big and the dishes are very tasty. But the menu is not very diverse. Sopot is a great place for visiting neighbouring cities - Gdańsk and Gdynia. If you have a car, it’s just so easy. If not, you may use SKM - local electric train. It’s very fast and comes every 15-20 minutes. The one stop is located very close to the hotel. I recommend this very nice hotel but for a short stay because it’s quite boring to stay there for a long period of time. But it’s fir me, probably for you it’s okay.

Everything was all rights. I would just recommend to expand the menu at the restaurant and the types of entertainment for children.

Perfect location and very good breakfast. Everything what we needed.

Convenient to the beach & swimming pool , swings & bouncy castle out the back for the children . Big garden & bar area. Comfortable beds ….. even the sofa bed was comfortable!

In high season - it’s a bit pricey for a very basic accommodation. No aircon & no fans ……. Would be improved greatly by introducing aircon of some sort.

We received a complimentary upgrade. The lady at check-in was lovely. The room and bathroom were great, a lot of attention to detail and everything in good working order, spacious lounge with extra storage. Central heating, nice windows and blinds. Great location for the aquapark.

Could add a bottle opener and perhaps milk for the coffee.

We loved our stay in the hotel! It was our first time and definitely not the last one! Easy to get to in a quiet area with the beach just 7 minutes through the forest. Walk along the beach for plenty of restaurants and fun for kids. Lovely and very friendly staff made our stay more enjoyable 😉 thank you Aqua House, we will be back :)

the staff is friendly and cooperative and flexible. the breakfast is great, I was surprised. the terrace is amazing. near the beach, 10 min walking. classy people going to this hotel regarding the cars in the parking lot xD there is a room for luggage before check-in and after if you are travelling without a car.

the room in the pictures are not the same in size, I expected something bigger. and this aqua park is totally separated from the hotel. my head hit the TV while I was trying to walk between bed and wall.. no elevator as I believe and my room on 4th floor the shower box is tooooooo small and the shower hose is not flexible moving. struggling :( toilet paper bad quality.

Simple and clean rooms. Good breakfast with an extra charge. Nice activities for small children. Bicycle renting was nice, easy access to bike routes that are in great shape.

No airconditioning. No elevator - plenty of steps.

Very clean, very close to the beach and Kamienny Potok train station, Aquapark next to the hotel, we could leave luggage for a few hours before check in and after checking out whilst going to the beach.

The breakfast was good, the room was clean, basic stuff such as small fridge- small kette. Staff was very helpful also friendly and try the best to answer the question from us. location not to far from Sopot City Centre, you can walk on beach or pedestrian street or even if you very lazy just drive and parking is everywhere but dont forget to pay. I will like to come again.

Toilet was very clean but the shower cabin was small. dont worry you can still take a shower.
