This is the best hotel for the frequent traveler, as I am. It is close to the airport, the staff is welcoming, the rooms are always clean, the breakfast bar is exceptional. Despite being a very busy and popular place with travelers, and always being booked, they still care about every guest. They always exceed my expectations.

It was not hotel's fault. It was nosier than usual due to the upgrade of the runways at the airport and the airplanes were taking off over the hotel. I did not enjoy it, but it was tolerable. It is no reflection on the quality of the hotel. And it was expected to be fixed by November 1.

The room was great, much better than I expected for this price. It was clean and looked like freshly renovated. The bed for large and comfortable. Also, there is a huge TV in a room. I didn't really used it, but it looked cool.

Location is not good. It's far from a city center, I couldn't find any good cafes or restaurants nearby, but if you need a place to stay that is close to the airport, this would be a good place for you. Also, I think that the exterior and the reception zone of the hotel needs some kind of renovation, because it looks much worse than the hotel rooms.

The hotel was cozy and convenient. The room surprised me with the great illumination. I prefer dim light and the room has plenty of options. The restaurant worked in the late evening which was a great option for the late arrival. In the morning I had a magnificent breakfast. A rich variety of warm dishes, like a few kinds of eggs, and potatoes - cool for those who like their breakfasts being rich, and various fruits and vegetables, are much appreciated! This exceeded my expectations! Highly recommended! The coffee was excellent too. The staff is friendly, and English-speaking, and the reception works 24/7 - a great option if you are looking for a stay at night. I would add that that is a good sign when you feel good service but not bothered too much, in other words, good service is invisible but gives you comfort! at Gordon Hotel I got this feeling! What I didn't expect was a location. in the reviews I read about 900 m from the airport, which is technically true, the airfield is 900 m away. However, when I arrived, left the terminal and checked the distance to the hotel I found out it was 5 km from the hotel, not reachable on foot. Sure, calling Uber was not a problem. It was just 8 euros. But I'll take it into account next time. The wi-fi didn't connect. I kept using roaming, which was enough, but If I needed a stronger connection I'd better check at the reception the Internet accessibility. Perhaps, there are good paid options for business purposes. I stayed one night, and couldn't check.

Convenient to airport. Tram close, direct line to Centrum. Food in restaurant was convenient and tasty. Bar and coffee also available. Auchan grocery/department, electronic media, sporting goods short walk or tram ride. Room was large and quiet.

Carpet in room old, stained, needs replacing. They are redoing the rooms one by one so it will be taken care of at some point. . No A/C, but kept blinds closed and kept window open, worked well. Nights are usually cool anyways.

The standard room was pretty good, clean, and comfortable. Also, I liked the restaurant on the first floor. The kitchen was nice. The staff was good.

On the way back, I rented a room in the same hotel. However, I accidentally chose Economy room and was upset with this choice. After entering the room, I decided to pay 10 kr more and change it for standard. So, if you want to stay here, my advice is to choose at least a Standard room.

Very good offer for us with my 12 years old daughter was transfer from Modlin airport by taxifor free and the driver was waiting for us at the terminal. The hotel is new (all inside the room is new and modern even a tropical shower cabin) with the restaurant with open air tables. Good choice of dishes and drinks. For two star hotel breakfast is perfect -enough and fresh and quite a lot to choose what you want - three salads, for example. I asked for an iron and got it. It was also possible to ask for an ironing desk - very important for me because of preparing clothes for our Symposium - it was my business trip. The room cleaning lady Elena is very good. She made everithing in our rrom we just neede to ask. In general, the personnel is very friendly.

I don't mind what was a bit unconvinient -the lady at reception could explain us better how to reach the city center. We took the tram in a wrong direction. It would be better to provide ity transport map with locationof the hotel. But it was not a problem.

This place is better than 99% 4 star hotels i spend time in. Booking here with so small price was like winning in lottery. Staff is amazing and i have not found any dust in my room even when i looked at lamp. Calling this place 2 star is a scam. Hotel haves top of the line restraunt and a bar. I even met the cheff to thank and tip him for the food. Also location is amazing as you are not too close to city centre so you can have peace and calm. Do not be fooled for 2 star rating. This is 4 star exprience by any standart.

No minibar but you can buy food or drinks downstares very cheap.

Good hotel at a great price. Very good breakfast, definitely worth paying extra for. Sufficient choice of food - 3 types of sausages, boiled, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, as well as salads, snacks, fruits. Good coffee. Tram line will take you to the centre, where you can shop, visit various restaurants and bars (we found a lovely pedestrian street with all kind of bars and cafes). In some reviews there were complaints about the noise outside the hotel - it didn't bother me at all (if window is closed, no noise at all), it's understandable, because the hotel is 2 km from the airport, on the side of the road. and tram line.

This is our favorite hotel when traveling through Warsaw. The rooms are clean and cozy, with soft and fresh bedding and a lovely bathroom. The staff is very welcoming and polite, leaving only positive impressions about this place. The breakfasts and coffee are delicious, and parking is convenient. Everything was perfect!

The hotel was close to the airport, a 20-30 min ride away. We also had a direct connection to the city centre that took us there in about 30-40 min. The hotel was clean, from the hallway to the room itself. The bed were cosy and spacious, we had enough space for our clothes and belongings. We chose to have breakfast each morning and it was the best decision. The food was delicious and we had many options to choose from.

It was incredibly hot inside the room, even if outside were 16 degrees. We had to sleep with the window open, and that close to the airport was not ideal because of the loud noise from the planes. We heard the planes only during the first night, so maybe we got lucky. Another thing we didn't like was that no one cleaned our room for the duration of our stay (we stayed for 5 days). Even though we left the sign on the door that we want it to be cleaned, no one came. By the end of our stay, we ran out of toilet paper and an empty trashcan. Sometimes it smelled weird, a smell resembling a chemical or as if we were close to a construction site. It smelled stronger in the bathroom.
