Good staff. Location is great, right near the enter to the Old city. There is an elevator inside. Free city map, city guide and other tourist stuff. About the parking: parking is not free near the hotel, but as I understand this is commonly for Warszaw. There is a public parking near the hotel. Public parking is paid from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 20:00, costs 5 PLN (Zloty) per hour. Parking is free on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Booking.com gave me the discount for 'Deluxe Double Room', I booked that room, but got the room different that at the photos. I asked at the reception is there any mistake with the room, they told me that this room is 'Deluxe', and there is no mistake. See my photos. Except expectation from the room everything was fine.

Despite its shortcomings I still like this place and both the people that work there as well as those that visit it. Location is great.

I could not help feeling that this place is in some sort of decline. I'd stayed there few times before and back then it seemed a more lively and better maintained place. This time it was necessary to handle bathroom door with a special care so that the handle didn't come off and the lock to the room I stayed in fell apart completely so the room could not be closed. We were offered another room, however, in case we wanted. There are no breakfasts at the place anymore, although it's possible to eat at a restaurant very close by. Locks of the lockers in the rooms make a lot of noise upon opening so if you arrive or leave early in the morning you cannot help but wake other people up.

touristy, but excellent central location, really clean, colorful homey atmosphere, multiple places to COMFORTABLY hang out, genuine human connection amongst the staff and the international people staying there from young to older, was such soul food for this solo female traveler. people sharing travel stories and tips and culture from all over the world. and private time equally available. the photos are accurate. LOVE the privacy curtains around the dorm beds! LOVE the no single-use plastics, and LOVE LOVE the non-toxic, no fragrance cleaning products used in the rooms and bathrooms. what a relief!! exceptional warm helpful staff.

- my bunk bed was missing a privacy curtain at the foot. (Beds #1 and 2 in room 12) (only saying because the hostel is so great that i can mention these details.) - would be great if the lockers didn't make so much noise to open since they can wake people sleeping. - feedback: add a kitchen sink sign that all washed dishes get run through the dishwasher and/or tell people that upon check-in. - I would strongly prefer the kitchen to be a space designated for only short phone calls, and to always use earphones so those cooking and eating can focus on that and on in-person conversations.

Great location in the old town, which allows you to walk to all the key places. I stayed in an 6-person dorm with AC - I have to recommend the AC option, as it can get very hot in a small room with so many humans in it, and in the summer when it is also hot outside. The bed was comfortable and clean. The common areas were great and clean, the back patio is perfect to work and meet people. The front cafe offers great deals on beer and coffee. The atmosphere is great - not too much of a party scene, just the right amount.

There were not enough bathroom amenities on the floor. There was 1 room with 1 shower and sink and 1 handicapped room with toilet and shower and sink. So a total of one toilet for the whole floor? Unless some of these rooms had ensuite it seems like very little for an entire floor of people, which is why often that bathroom was occupied and I had to wait around. Other than that, this place is great!

It's new, it's clean, it's confortable, it's in the very heart of Warsaw, its staff is always smiling and helpful - they went as far as fetching for me a small back pack that I had left at the cafe next door and kept it until I came back. We are an old couple and used a double room with private bath: it was just what we had hoped. BTW if needs be (as it was in an emergency for me) the hostel can be easily reached by car and there is quite a number of parking places in the same street or in the neighborhood

Only one, minor, problem: our room had a beautiful window on the main road, but people tend to stay long time in the nearby cafe and it can become noisy.

- I am out of the age range target for these kind of hostels... and the social activities like kareoke and drinking til you drop are not my idea of fun. Be nice if they accommodated the many elders who still stay at hostels; for example: A live music tour, or a chess tournatment.

Very nice location in Old Town. Lots of restaurants around and places to visit. The staff was very nice with questions and offered help with potential travel issues.

Cleaning staff did a great job; but, they would leave the window open which is odd as the sign on the window states not to open it because it's winter. Happened to notice as I was in the room at the time. There was also loud music from outside until about midnight. Not sure if it was from below the lobby or next door. The room was 3 floors up and I could hear it.

Right in the old town area. Location is excellent. Close to everything incl supermarket. I took an AC room and it was worth it. Was able to sleep comfortably. No noise or disturbance. They had a cooking class which was fun and got to interact with other fellow travellers. Also, it had a lift which isn't common in old town area. Really good hostel. Would definitely stay again.

There was only one common toilet on the floor though it was manageable but it would be better to have one more

I stayed at this hostel for the night, and I was thoroughly impressed! The atmosphere is cozy, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic—close to major attractions and with easy access to public transportation. The shared kitchen is great for preparing meals, and the common area is perfect for meeting new people. If you're looking for an affordable and pleasant place to stay, I highly recommend this hostel!

The bed was very comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and the staff was always very helpful and friendly.

The doors of the rooms close really fast, and not everybody remembers to hold them to avoid the banging noise. And unfortunately the restaurant next door decided to do some construction work after 11pm, and I had a very early flight the next morning... The girl at the reception was really nice and patient explaining the situation. I ask whoever is reading this to NOT eat at that place!!
