Location was great. Check in was fast and informative. Hotel rooftop bar is lovely and great service. Indian over the road is delicious and not too expensive. Would stay again. Felt more like 5 star.

The only thing we didn’t like was very noisy guests in the corridors during the night. Our sleep was disturbed several times. Perhaps better noise cancellation for the rooms? Don’t know how this could be done but this is the only slight complaint.

The PURO Hotel is a rare find of excellence in a boutique hotel. It exceeded my expectations and was just nearly perfect. The furnishings and bedding are amazing, the design and layout and the overall functionality is state of the art and really hip and cool. The location is fantastic, the value for money is above and beyond and I have to say that this hotel is not only very well organized and that they make you feel right at home, but the hotel WIFI is actually the fatest hotel WIFI I have ever used and I am a Million mile traveler with a major airline. The WIFI is ridiculously fast for a hotel service. I will always book my stay at PURO when I come to Warsaw. I would say the only down was the breakfast for vegans and gluten free people. There was no proteins for vegans and there was absolutely nothing for gluten free people other than fruit, the yoghurt was not suitable for vegans nor lactose free people, so the breakfast for vegan gluten free people could be improved.

The breakfast, its not suitable other than fruit and some cereals for vegans, and its completely unsuitable for gluten free people other than fruit. There is no vegan protein whatsoever and no vegan breads or pastries. With so many options of vegan abd gluten free products on the market, I was surprised that this quality and caliber of a hotel did not have vegan gluten free proteins and breads.

This is one of the best hotels in Warsaw. Great location, best breakfast in town, super relaxed staff, very classy, big, and comfortable rooms. Super clean. Big bathroom and beds.

Whenever someone opens or slams the doors shut, you jump up. They should really dampen the noise - it would make my stay 10/10.

Simply amazing experience, absolutely loved the property. Also would highly recommend using the spa facility, I had the best massage in ages (performed by Karol) and the admin girl (Medina) been very sweet and helpful. Hope to be back soon!

The hotel is very nicely designed, clean and comfortable. Cozy rooms and wide variety of breakfast selection. Bar at the rooftop is a very nice touch. Good location, not far from the center. Very nice lady at the spa. Professional staff!

The hotel in general has a parking garage but at the moment is was under reconstruction which we were not informed about in advance. Therefore, we had to leave the car on a public parking or we could park in front of the hotel but still would be charged. We honestly find this a bit unfair at the particular price point, to charge clients for parking. In the spa, there are only two saunas, no pool or jacuzzi which was a bit of a disappointment. We also probably were not the targetted clients of this particular hotel, it’s more of a business client accommodation.

Honestly, I love everything about Puro, but the biggest highlights of the hotel that come to mind right now are: the interior design, high-quality toiletries that create an olfactory experience, central locations, polite staff, abundant and diverse breakfasts, unlimited access to hot beverages, the option for late check-out (depending on availability) – the list could go on and on. Puro is simply my favorite hotel chain in Poland.

There's nothing I dislike about this hotel. However, if someone from the hotel is reading my review, I think it would be great to add a body lotion to the room amenities.

The Puro is a very stylish, urban and contemporary hotel. The rooms and public spaces are well conceived and tastefully furnished. The location of the hotel is also perfect, in quiet surroundings, yet at the heart of centre.

in contrast to last time I got a different room (although I booked the same category. The room was specially equipped for people with wheelchairs. Now, I like the idea of this hotel offering rooms for handicapped people. However, for me it meant having much less space around the sink having to bend myself (being 197cm tall) in front of the tilted mirror when shaving.
