Convenient access to the city center, you just need to assess the location (6 km to the center). We stayed in a quadruple room with a private big bathroom. There was a shared kitchen and shared bathroom downstairs which was very convenient. The room has air conditioning, TV. Very clean apartments. Near the airport, the main street, so there is noise if the windows are open. Good price.

When we arrived to check in, the administrator practically did not understand English, it was difficult to communicate. It is also a strange decision that the air conditioner remote control is in the administration (you need to ask for it additionally), not forgetting that the administration building and the hotel are a little further from each other.

There is 100 metres walk from reception (Magnolia house) to Pod Lipami ,which would have been fine during the day. As it was late at night, I asked the helpful receptionist if I should keep the taxi waiting to take me there after I'd checked in but he said there was no need. In all fairness he walked me half way there. Still, in an empty street at 2am, I felt a little uncomfortable.

The location itself is pretty nice, it only takes 3 minutes to get there from the tram stop. The room was clean, with no bed bugs (yes, I look for them at literally every place I stay after I found some in a 4* hotel). You could order breakfast here if you'd like, otherwise, there is Biedronka, Aldi, McDonald's, and several cafes just in 3-5 minutes of walking. Pani at the reception was very, VERY friendly and helpful, and tried her best to tell me everything in a pretty good Russian :) Even though I told her I understand Polish, she wanted to be sure that I understood everything and I loved it!

The soundproofing is not great, so if you were unlucky enough to have a room full of screaming kids as your neighbors - you will jolly well hear them having fun there. Also, it'd be nice to have a little fridge in the room, but on the other hand - a single bed room is quite small itself, so maybe there'd be no place for you and your luggage in this case :)

I liked the room and the yard, wifi was decent, the staff was nice. Overall, happy with our stay!

The shared kitchen could be more modern. YouTube on the smart TV didn't work (refused to update), that was a shame.

Convenient location. Although the hotel is not located in the city center, the center can be reached in twenty minutes by tram (which runs every 5 minutes). The stop is near. Nearby there are shops Biedronka and Rossmann. The rooms are spacious and with all necessary furniture.

Despite the fact that it is indicated that smoking is prohibited in the room, there was a smell of cigarettes, perhaps for a long time the room was very smoky. The bathroom was not clean enough. There were no kitchen utensils - no fridge, no kettle. There was access to a common kitchen on the 0th floor with all the necessary equipment, but it was also quite dirty there.

Clean, cozy room, nice location near the airport and tram stop. Easy to find

It was a bit cold in the room, and air conditioner was only set for cooling. We called to reception and a man promised to come and check, but he didn’t come.

The reception staff was super kind and helpful, the room was very nice and clean, beds were good and comfortable. The location is very convenient, close to the airport and a great direct tram link to the city centre.

Great location. Nearby there are supermarkets and not far from the airport. Clean rooms, nice receptionist at reception. The only downside was a bad hairdryer which switched off after 20 seconds of use. It needs to be fixed.

For its price, it is an excellent place to stay. Unexpectedly big room for 3 people, clean and comfortable. Also, there is a small kitchen on the ground floor where we could have tea or coffee and leave our food in the fridge. very comfortable to reach this place from a railway station and city center. One a bit uncomfortable thing it's trams. They are quite loud. But I definitely can recommend this place to stay in Warsaw.
