A really wonderful experience: everything you might desire in an hotel. Friendly staff; clean, tidy, spacious and well enlighted rooms equipped big bathrooms and comfortable beds; many facilities within the hotel and its rooms (restaurant, welcome kit, fridge); worth to mention also the attention to nature and environment thanks to the use of green choices. Perfect position, nearby both the city centre and the railway and bus central stations; tram stop just in front of the hotel entrance. Local market together with many bars and restaurants all around the hotel. Highly recommended: you will fall in love with it.

Late check in without issues (had flight delayed). The breakfast buffet mostly international style, but good and convenient, with some traditional salads and fish. The room was quiet enough, but some people may be woken up by convenient tram outside or the train on the other side of the building. The request system to clean the room was also convenient for me as I usually otherwise place 'do not disturb' sign as I don't need the room cleaned every day. The water pressure in my room was good. The gym was big enough too (given no one uses it as this hotel seems very business oriented). There are some dumbbells (but some lighter and heavier weights missing, only had 10-20kg, two benches, yoga ball, one multipurpose weights machine, treadmill and elliptical. There is amazing gym in Skytower but having one right in the building is more convenient for a quick session. The sauna is ok (and empty) too, there are lockers and shower next to it. The late checkout for extra cost was also convenient for evening flight. Central location 18 minutes walk from old town. The hotel is being renovated but should be over soon it seems.

I've now stayed at this property twice, and on each occasion the help, support, and courtesy I received from the front-desk staff were exceptional. They all speak excellent English and are very approachable, and were always very prompt in addressing my questions and concerns. The hotel is also very conveniently located in relation to the train station, and serves an excellent breakfast that I was happy to take advantage of!

Overall, my second stay was not quite as enjoyable as my first. The room I checked into was acceptably clean overall, but it didn't seem as though a great deal of care had been invested into making it presentable. The garbage can in the bathroom was visibly broken (and it took two days for my request for a new one to be processed by the housekeeping department), the soap dispenser in the shower was completely empty, there was toilet paper floating in the toilet bowl - although the toilet itself was clean - and I found a couple of errant hairs (which were clearly from the cleaning staff and not from the room's previous occupants) on the bathroom counter and the top of the bedspread.

Breakfast was very nice and large variety. Parking lot is very easy to use. Room was big enough. Personals were very nice and helpful. They are totally problem solver.

The only minus thing and which is very important was textile products. Mattras was very soft and couldnt sleep for 2 days because of that. Their sheet and duvet / duvet cover was synthetic and felt really hot. As a textile producer, I would suggest them to get rid of all their textile products as soon as possible because I haven't slept for 2 nights because of not comfy mattress and synthetic bedding textile.

Very good location for someone who is coming or leaving Wrocław by train. Close enough to the old market without being overly touristic neighborhood. Very nice breakfast buffet. The breakfast area appears to be very well sized for this hotel. It never felt crowded. We arrived early and after waiting in the lobby for a while because it was pouring rain outside, the staff in the lobby were able to check us in at 11:00. The hotel had generally a quiet atmosphere - very relaxing.

The room we got would benefit from some renovation. The wallpaper was old and worn, for example. It was perfectly clean, however.

The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff seemed friendly. Liked the food in the bar/restaurant. It was reasonably close to the old town. Clean.

The bar/ restaurant closed at 7pm on Sunday and was closed on Monday. A bit noisy from the road ( to be expected really and the trams don’t run in the night). The toiletries in the room weren’t very good. Drying to skin. No hair conditioner or body cream. ( only had hand wash, shower gel and shampoo) we only had under seat bags on plane so had to go and buy toiletries. Tea bags and creamer weren’t topped up. We could however get some from the lobby. Coffee was not nice but I don’t like instant coffee. There was a machine in the lobby

that parking was not included. I came from the United States and had a car for the week and spent a lot of money on parking at the hotel. I feel parking should be included .

Great location, close to every point I needed to reach, within walking distance from the stations (bus/train). Super sweet and helpful staff. Comfy bed, air conditioning that was working, and was possible to adjust. Bathroom with a bathtub, blackout curtains, no sounds coming from the corridor or other rooms guaranteed a good sleep. The price is reasonable, all in all I'm going to add this place to my favourites and will visit again.

The cleanliness of the bathroom was a bit questionable. The mould on the shower head and on the tiles joints was just scary.

Breakfast was marvellous. More like a lunch buffet ranging from fruit, cereals, yoghurts, english breakfast, cold salads and antipasti, cakes, smoothies as well as some pre packed gluten free options. Impressive. Also was sick during the trip and all staff was very accommodating and helpful. A packed lunch was also prepared as my flight was at 4am as was going to miss breakfast.

The hotel price was on the higher side but worth it. Room decor is on the older style but clean and comfortable.

The property had a great location and was very clean. However, I noticed there were no toiletries (apart from the shampoo and body wash dispensers mounted on the wall) provided which would have been a helpful addition. Additionally, there was only one pillow per person, which made it slightly less comfortable. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but these small improvements could make it even better. I will definitely choose this hotel when I return to Wroclaw.
