It was the best stay I have ever have. Stylish room with everything which might need, even robes. Terrace with amazing view to mountains was the reason why I chose this hotel. But, in addition, there were so many advantages, like free spa zone (open hours: from 9 am till 6.30 pm), amazing breakfast with wide options. Personal is very polite and helpful. We are going to return soon.

The hotel is inside the city, 2 minutes from the center. Everything is easily accessible. The breakfast is perfectly fine, the staff is helpful. Reading other reviews, we had similar issues. It was cold in the room, you could only heat it with the air conditioner, which was loud, so we didn't use it at night. Normal towels were not provided, only hand towels, there were no bathrobes, parking was quite overpriced. The jacuzzi was not working, although someone came to help, but it stopped every 10 seconds, shock. However, in our case, the staff always helped, and we absolutely appreciated that. Thank God we had a parking space, but it was the most expensive we ever paid in Europe. It would be better if they put it in the room, then it wouldn't be so blood-curdling. Regardless of everything, we had a good time.

The bar closed at 9 p.m., and the lights were turned off for us.

Excellent location. 5min away from the main road but still in quiet area. Very spacious room with sitting area. Very clean, we loved it. Breakfast was also really nice with variety of food. I usually don’t like coffee from machine but it was really good. Staff was also helpful if we asked them to call taxi or to help us with anything we needed. Our friends stayed in top floor and view the of the mountain was gorgeous!

Jacuzzi didn’t had jets on if you go between 9:00-18:00 because it is included in price of the room. Only if you pay 100 zloty per room staff will prepare it for you. Only view we had was from construction site on one side and building on the other side of the room but obviously didn’t affect our holiday, it’s just always nice addition to have

She helped me a lot, even with some of the mistakes I made when booking. She helped me and provided me with the best solutions. I will visit again and recommend it.

The room was incredibly clean! The shower was lovely to use, the bed was comfortable, the hotel is so close to everything and is perfect location, we had breakfast included, and it was so so lovely! You had the option of ordering other things, too, but we were happy with what we had! The staff were very friendly and very professional! There was someone on the front desk at all times, we had to check out very late/early morning and there was someone at the desk and there was no hasselt. The rooms were lovely and warm at all times, but wasn't uncomfortably warm, so being out in the snow/hikeing and coming back to a warm room was fab, you were also able to reajust the heating/ cold air. brilliant service when I come back I will 100% staying again!

Modern spacious room in a great location near the busy main strip but far enough away to be quiet in the evening. The breakfast buffet was as good as any high end hotel chain ... delicious, varied and quickly restocked. We had a lovely stay.

Can't really fault them for anything. One of the 2 lifts was out of order but we never waited more than a few moments as it's not a big hotel ... so it really wasn't an issue at all.

Rooms are lovely and clean with really nice decor. If you have a balcony its a great for families as you can connect the rooms and balcony. The staff were really nice and helpful and the breakfast was superb. Very traditional and delicious food and eggs and omelets are made to order if one desires.

The jacuzzi area could be bigger as its a smaller hotel there is only one sauna and a 6 man hot tub. If the hotel is full then I can see this being an issue but to be honest we didn't encounter any busy periods.

It’s not a 5 star, but it’s a good 4 star.

Staff that greeted me was so odd. Suggested I could park and maybe get towed, or pay and not get towed. I asked him 3 times and he consistently delivered this msg. Parking fee seems too high for such a hotel, just bad feeling. Also, the spa reservation for a fee is a disappointment. This hotel need to raise the price and include everything or just settle as a 3 star with extra fees.

Perfectly located just steps from the Main Street, with a conveniently accessible bus stop nearby. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and accommodating, with a delicious breakfast to start each day. Our favorite was the jacuzzi and sauna room! The bed was comfortable and they set up the sofa bed for us as well - a wonderful stay!

Please make the jacuzzi hotter.

Great location- 5 min to the main street but in a very quiet neighborhood. Lots of parking spaces and own car park. Modern and very clean building. Good quality finishing materials. Express check-in and friendly staff. Decent size room and well equipped.

Elevator button in the lobby didn't work and no info on that. Bathroom lacked towel/robe hangers as well as space for toiletries or cosmetic bags
