Room, breakfast.

It seems that the architect who has designed the hotel building is a little bit mad. It took me three attempts to find the way from my room to the breakfast place. In the first attempt I have asked receptionist the way to the breakfast room. The lady has explained me very politely which corridor and which stairs I should take. I was walking corridors, climbing stairs up and down and then, seeing reflection behind the doors, I opened them…. just to face the very same receptionist from another angle in the very same room. We were both slightly surprised. I Wonder how many people has got lost in those corridors and stairs! 😊)))))) And it is just a two floor building! Other than that – fine experience!

Service was helpful and food tasty. Pool and saunas also very nice.

The room was under the roof and had roof windows, it was very bright in the room starting 4am since it is summer. For this price it should have good blinds. Beds were terrible. Very noisy.

Hello and good morning , Thank you for your hospitality, it was wonderful. I booked a very nice room, 11.05-12.05.2022, in your hotel. Your staff are very nice and helpful. From the reception was a very nice welcome, your spa staff are cool, said my children. The love the pool, your kitchen, Meals, is absolutely delicious. The beef salad was very tasty. For my children I ordered the chicken, Laura&Alena love it. As well a very special thanks to your dinner waitress, I asked for a bottle wine a the recommendation was fantastic. Very professional staff. I could not attend breakfast in time, but they were so kind to prepare me a lunchbox for the road. Food in the restaurant is very tasty and the staff there were very cordial.

The room design and hallways are a bit drab, could use a refresh. Also single-use slippers are always appreciated.

Nice quiet countryside location.

Lift was a long way from reception and need to drag suitcases up some stairs to get to it.

Easy access to the hotel, close to the city centre. Nice facilities for adults and children. The staff is professional and helpful. I would definitely stay there again

I didn't find anything of note

The hotel was easy to find, check in went well. Room and hotel in general a bit old-fashioned. But ok for the price. The breakfast was great. I did not try the pool, but every thing seemed well up to date. Restaurant was good and had English menu.

I missed a 240V plug beside the bed. Reception was a bit stiff, but the waiters in the restaurant were helpful and positive.

Wi-Fi connection in the room might be better.

The stuff was just amazing! They were able organize everything very fast in the middle of night. Great cozy rooms and tasty breakfast
