I believe that special at summer this hotel is amazing. Staining in bungalows is much more attractive. - beautiful area - sauna - jacuzzi - coffee for breakfast - staff team - restaurant - breakfast - cat on the territory - polite and helpful staff

- there is nothing to do around, no good restaurants - zoo, all pets look unhappy , dirty, in too small cage, can’t understand for what people are still doing it with animals and birds - if for attracting kids and families, put more active recreation areas, swings, etc. - not sure is someone speaks English, only one senhora (probably manager) was speak English when we needed help - swimming pool is more for kids

We received an upgrade to a bungalow, which turned our stay into an amazing experience. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to extend our stay by two more nights at a fair price. The staff was exceptional—friendly and sociable, making our stay even more pleasant. The breakfast was delightful. The on-site zoo was a wonderful bonus; we made it a routine to visit the animals every morning. Additionally, there are beautiful hiking trails starting right from the hotel, perfect for exploring the scenic surroundings. In the nearby villages, we found some charming restaurants with incredibly friendly and social locals, adding to the overall experience.

BREAKFAST Although the breakfast was generally good, it lacked fresh-made coffee and real orange juice, which was a bit disappointing. We received freshly made pancakes (crepes) on the first day, but not on subsequent days, even though new guests were being served them. On days when we were practically the only guests at the hotel, the breakfast offerings were noticeably reduced. BUNGALOW The terrace of the bungalow where we stayed could have benefited from more thorough cleaning. ZOO The zoo could use some warning signs for the meerkats. We witnessed a young toddler being attacked by one of them through the fence. Additionally, some of the silver bowls used for water or food were dirty.

Quiet place with nice infrastructures. Very confortable and pleasant stay in a nice Bungalow with a nice garden view. Good restaurant and good to see some animals next to the hotel. We had a great time there and with Tobias (the cat!) :)

Some works ongoing for an extra pool, it should look nice once it's done but almost no noise from it. The bycicles that were available to use can be hard to get (depending if someone took them already) and they need quite some maintenance. It should be better announced the obligation of swimming cap in welness.

The entire staff at the hotel was exceptionally welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Both dinner and breakfast were delightful, with a range of delicious options that satisfied everyone. This is an ideal spot for a family getaway, especially with the charming on-site farm where kids and adults alike can interact with friendly animals. The spa facilities are outstanding—well-equipped, relaxing, and a perfect way to unwind. Overall, a fantastic experience that we’d highly recommend!

Absolutely charming hotel in a beautiful scenic location. The staff were all so welcoming and helpful, from the moment we arrived to when we left. Our room was very well appointed and the bathroom excellent. Bathrobes and slippers provided which was especially useful for going down to the indoor pool. We had dinner in the restaurant, but only had a light meal from the snack menu but the service was still exemplary. We thought the drinks prices were also very reasonable. Breakfast was so good, a really extensive buffet. The hotel has lovely grounds and even a small farm with animals to visit. Loved it here.

The experience here was fantastic. The modern bungalo spacious and very clean, the beds very comfortable. The dinner at the restaurant and the breakfast were exceptional, not to mention the location, in the middle of the green and with a small zoo with animals including a deer, parrots, peacocks and others. The staff is so friendly and welcomed us with a smile, everything seems to be taken care of in detail. I highly recommend it.

The space, the facilities and the whole complex is purely amazing. Every photo you’ll see doesn’t stand for what how it actually is. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the views and greenery are breathtaking, and so as the bungalow we stayed in. We can’t wait to go back and disconnect completely. Each bungalow has its own parking spot and EV charging outlet, so you’re covered there. Ah! And there’s also a small animal farm close by, part of the hotel as well. It’s amazing!

The spa is quite small. The jacuzzi and sauna are right at the entrance, and so as the pool and all the facilities. We booked a couple massage and because the room is right in front of the door, the jacuzzi is right there as well and all the AC is maxed out, the space is really noisy. So what was supposed to be a relaxing massage, became a stressful moment. As well, the massage wasn’t spectacular, as the therapists weren’t even applying any pressure. It’s purely an OK experience.

Room and its surrounding areas. Service staff are nice and supportive, we can call for laundry very late at night time and get it done by tomorow morning.

Reception staff challenged me by trying to force us (two friends) share the same bed and would charge more money if we want to change to twin room due to the term "double or twin room" provided unclearly under booking.com. They finally agreed to switch me to different/ big room for separate sleeping.

Breakfast was great. Staff was great. Facilities were great. Everything was super clean and taken care of. Everyone very friendly and helpful. And we will definitely come back again. I miss it already...

The only thing that made us a bit sad was the animal farm/zoo. It could use more taking care of (Specially the Size of the rabbit/squirrel cages, and proper feeders/water bowls.
