Staff working there was extremely friendly and helpful. Buffet style breakfast offered variety of options and was not boring. Even the location was okay. only 10-12 minute walk to the sanctuary. On site parking was a plus too.

the only thing that I 'did not like' was no fridge in the room. i like to prepare my food in the room and keep my beer cold and here I could not do that. not a big deal but I like my beer cold.

All the staff, from reception, cleaners and at breakfast was excellent. Old hotel but not tacky, we'll looked after. Good bedding and clean. Breakfast was included in a very reasonable price and was good. Location excellent, walking distance to attractionse attractions

Unfortunately at night there was a smell in the bathroom coming through vents or downpipes.

At check in we were informed that the elevator was not working beyond the 4th floor. We were on the 5th floor. We asked if there was a possibility to accommodate us to any the lower floors. We had 2 grandparents with difficulty climbing strays, a baby and a large amount of luggage. Receptionist refuse to look in to our request. Other then this issue the everything was as expected.

A plus of the hotel is its location – close to the sanctuary, bars, and grocery stores. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was tasty (except for the coffee). Good value for money. I recommend it.

The rooms are poorly soundproofed, and you can hear everything happening in the hallway and the room above.

A new cleaning product they were using (as this was not my first time there) and it was horribly intense and toxic, couldn't breath in room, had to sleep with sliding doors wide open in winter and still smelt intensilly in morning. Extremely friendly STAFF had no solution as all rooms smelt of it but MANAGEMENT spoke to me in morning and promised to get rid of it , so you safe : ) You in good hands! It's a very well managed hotel and a great experience all round every time!!!

Breakfast was absolutely Amazing and Awesome. The staffs are truly professional, Helpful, kind and Great. The staffs at the FRONT DESK and at the Restaurant are so KIND , Helpful and Courteous.

I cant give a negative comments. All were good and indeed the whole stay was awesome and amazing.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is older and dated. We expected this, it was adequate but a folding luggage table in the rooms would have been nice. The carpets were soiled but the room and bathroom was spotless and towels were changed as we stayed two nights. There was a bit of street traffic noise in the mornings as the hotel is situated at the corner of a traffic intersection.

We had a wonderful stay at Doña Amelia by Ridan, thanks to the friendly and attentive staff who provided excellent service and great hospitality. The restaurant servers were attentive to replenish the free hearty breakfast

We arrive at 13.00am.a cup of tea would had make our stay expecially.we were categorised refuel . Apart from that the stay was enjoyable.

The stay was amazing.. Special thanks to Michael he was very helpful and graceful.. It made alot of our things easy. Also valentina was very helpful. Will recommend my friends here and my next stay will definitely be here

The Internet dropped a bit on our second day but evrything else was good
