The place is unexpectedly big, with a proper kitchen and bathroom. It was quiet to sleep at night on the top floor despite the cobblestone street downstairs. The hotel host was very friendly and helpful. We were lucky to stay in low season so we didn't see any other guests and it was totally quiet in the hotel. Good location close to everywhere. The bed was really huge.

The wifi password didn't work for some reason but it wasn't something important for us.

Great place to stay, we only spent 1 night but it was everything we needed. Very comfortable apartment, with comfortable beds and it’s always a plus to have great AC in the summer heat. Also although we didn’t get to meet the staff due to our self checkin they were very friendly and informative.

Super nice place and great value. very spacious and there is a garden at the front. super quiet and cozy. actually a bed room is on a road side so it can be a bit annoying in the night, but it didn't bother me at all. staff was very nice and helpful.

Centrally located in Horta, a walk away from harbor and ferry terminal. Great views to Pico. Most comfortable beds of the Açores. No need to rent a car, you can take a guided Taxi Tour for 80 €

Great apartment having everything you need for your stay. After hotels it was nice being able to cook for myself when I wanted and have access to a kettle! Huge bed...king size and super comfortable, except for...(see below). Great bathroom. Quiet location. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable sofa. Extra blankets. Radiators of needed. Fans in room. Lovely garden space and terrace so you can sit out. Staff were excellent, really helpful and very communicative. Very clean

I only drop a point as my place had (lots) of tiny ants. Not because it's unclean (it really is not) they just must use it as a path somewhere? But they ended up in my bed (they only seemed to go in the bed at night) and I just could'nt sleep well after that. Not sure how you resolve that problem as I wasn't sure where they were coming from to be honest. I would have mentioned it to staff but I did't see anyone my second day and I left very early in the morning. But did put it in my feedback at the place. Sorry but maybe you are unaware and it can be rectified. But other than this i had a lovely stay here and I would most likely return if I ever visited again the island as it suited my needs well.

I really liked the location of the accomodation and the really nice garden.

Kitchen wasn't very equipped and sleeping by a loud road without AC in the summer wasn't the greatest experience. But besides that lovely accomodation.

It’s a good size for 2 people

There was a construction going on during my entire stay. The tv it’s quiet old

quiet, clean, comfortable, quick access to center town by foot and to the main port. staff helpful w/ restaurant requests and holding our bags in a secured space after our checkout.
