Very spacious apartment with fantastic views over the ocean and Pico Island/ Mountain. Old school but everything that’s needed was provided even some fruit and water next to the complimentary coffee and tea.

The property has seen better days but it’s very clean and the staff is super friendly so we didn’t mind at all. We would definitely be back for another stay. Did I mention the fantastic views of the sea view appartments?

I liked the 2 bathrooms in the 1 apartment. I was traveling with my father-in-law and it was good that he had his own bedroom and bathroom.

I found only one packet of instant coffee in the kitchen when I woke up in the morning, and while I knew that the coffee was better from the café up the street, at that moment I didn't want to have to go out to get it. I went to the café anyway and left the packet of instant coffee for my father-in-law, who has a bad knee.

This facility has been well thought out and put together. Everything that is needed is there - with superb staff to communicate with and others who provided superb service for our stay. The place is absolutely up there for cleanliness and the beds are really comfortable

The staff was lovely. The view was magnificent. There was a green yard.

The elevator wasn't working and we were on the 3rd floor. They were kind enough to move us to the first floor when a room opened up.

Wonderful view from room and balcony to the Mount Pico. Loft apartment was cozy with entrance from quiet court. There is wonderful garden accessible for guests and a lookout platform too.

The furnishing was a bit old - especially armchairs and sofa. The bathroom was so old that it was close to falling apart. There was no mold, everything was clean just worn so the shower panels and toilet seat were not working properly.

The view from my balcony/bedroom was stunning. I could see Pico. The people taking care of this property are good people. Very clean. Breakfast though nothing fancy but good and fresh. Special thanks for arranging my breakfast the night before, as I had an early morning flight.

There was a welcome paper in my room which said breakfast would be charged extra , which just added to the confusion. Lady at the reception later asked me to ignore that welcome paper. Also, the next day morning breakfast wasn’t served and then I had to go downstairs to the reception as the phone number of the reception wasn’t updated in the documents placed in the room. Also, the property needs renovation.

Great staff, helped us change the date at no extra cost and even to a bigger one. Very friendly. Very Clean. The building is old, but that's part of the fun of the place

A bit crowded with furniture in the main living / kitchen area. The weather - not their fault! Lack of pool.

It was lovely to stay there. Had an apartment for me alone but given the price this worked out as a good idea
