The staff were very helpful. I had to check in late and then check out early. Because of this I wasn’t able to meet anyone during their reception hours. They were flexible and sent me all of the details prior to my check in. I also liked that the restrooms were located outside of the room. I was able to get everything settled pretty late at night without having to disturb the other hostel guests in my room. The bed was comfy for a one night stay.

The hostel itself is a little run-down. There was no soap in the bathroom and it seemed a little dirty.

Staff was perfect. Very friendly, good conversation and helped with all my neeeds. The hostel itself is about what we expect from a Lisbon hostel, but it's very close to the Metro station which is VERY handy

Taking the stairs all the way up to the fifth floor is a pain. I did have some noisy neighbours (but well... that's what we expect from a hostel hehehe)

Great location in the city and great price. Really nice balcony view of the street too.

There are many stairs to climb to get to the top floor and their are no privacy curtains on the beds. Bathrooms could use a few extra clothing hooks for towels and clothes.

Location is very close to metro station and to the city's attractions. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The receptionists were very friendly. One of them brought us breakfast with small card, where he wrote greetings in Ukrainian (it's our first language). Very nice of him!

To turn on AC, we should have asked a receptionist each time we needed that, because he had a pilot and we couldn't change the temperature without it. But reception was open only from 10am till 10pm, so sometimes we couldn't ask for a help

The property is located at very main area like close to metro stations, restaurants & groceries etc.

It was a nice clean hostel reception was so friendly they made me feel welcome rooms are fine bathrooms were clean location is great metro station is like 1 minute walk I had such a good time

Location, stuff, they give towels and have shower gels, clean toilets, possibility to use air conditioning, breakfast! I was going to leave very early morning, so they've left me breakfast in the fridge from the evening with a cute note))

Little space inside the room

Good value for money. The bedrooms are clean and we'll designed. There's a niche next to every bed that served like a night stand. It also includes multiple outlets,so one can conveniently charge all their devices.

The kitchen and bathroom can use some renovation, but considering the prices per night, they're in decent condition. You get what you pay for.

Flexible staff, Jonathan particularly, helping me with change to pay for the tax. Very welcoming man. The other receptionist was kind of unfriendly, but that place is really special. I met good people and I like the cleaning staff- excelente manners and tidy. I would come back!

One of the receptionists acted kind of belittling and cold. I don't know why. He seemed angry and defensive.
