Breakfast was excellent. Really good variety of breads, pastries, fruit, cereals, juices, hot drinks, some cooked items. Location was perfect, just yards from the Metro and minutes away from really good restaurants. The bed was really comfortable and very clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Really liked the location, was close to everything. The room was clean, breakfast was good.

I missed having a fridge in the room.

A good room, with AC. The windows were isolated, as they were on the streetside It was clean, and the staff was very helpful if and when you asked them. Sete Colinas are situated central and on walkingdistance to many places.

The breakfast offered much, as scrabled eggs, tomatoes, cuecumber, different sorts of bread, yoghurt and different fruits. Depending the guests it happened that some gathered food for the whole day! That meant that some that the hotel offered, disappeared rather quickly and the hostess couldn't refill things. It wasn't her fault, but if there had been more staff in the breakfastroom, it could have been solved easily.

The room was amazing. It was really clean, you get all the toiletries, towels, hairdryer.. everything you need. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was big. The staff was so helpful and so kind, they know a couple of languages, so you can easily understand each other. You can also leave your bags and luggage with them for free, in the luggage room, even when you check out of your room. The breakfast was amazing and there were plenty of choices from which you can choose.

There was construction work in progress, so we didn't have the view through our window. But with so little time spent in the room, we didn't mind.

Great hotel despite the área which looks a bit rough and busy but safe enough. It was an easy bus or uber drive down to the square or 20 minutes walk. Good breakfast included cooked eggs etc. The staff was outstanding, provided information without us having to ask and very helpful from arrival until our departure. We had our best reasonably priced dinner meals a few blocks down on the same main street at Grill n Chill Nepalese/Indian/Portugués food. Great stay, recommend with confidence.

The breakfast room was a bit small and can be a bit difficult to move around if it's very busy, but still for the price of the stay I wouldn't complain.

Breakfast is decent but good for the value for the price of the room. Coffee was really amazing. If you have a long stay, the breakfast could become repetitive, but its still work having a small breakfast before heading out. We opted for the standard room and for the first two nights we were given a room on the 3rd floor facing the main road. The room was good but little small. However, the staff were kind enough to change our room to the 4th floor away from the main road. The balcony was a good size and the size of the room was not as small as the previous one. Despite the size of the rooms, it was a comfortable stay with nice mattresses and pillows. Just be mindful that water is not including in the price, but you can buy that was the reception. The staff of the hotel are exceptionally nice. I didn't get everyone's name but Deepika and Mr. Santos were very accommodating and helpful. The highlight of this hotel is their location (Anjos station). It is 20 mins away from the airport, I would recommend taking the train if you are arriving in the night as we found it difficult to book an uber. Almost everything is 20-25 mins walk, including good restaurants, tourist sites, chemist, supermarket etc.

I liked everything, no complaints.

The best thing about the hotel are their staff. They arw friendly, helpful and always with a smile. The room I stayed in was cozy and had everything to ensure a pleasant stay. They even had an electric kettle which was a huge plus. There is a snack/drink vending machine on level 1 of the hotel. There are eateries nearby and even a souvenir shop less than 10 mins away. One point to note if one is carrying big/many luggage is that the entrance is on level 1 while the reception is on a floor below. So there will be a short stairway (about 5 steps) that you will need to take. Otherwise I love my stay at this hotel. I would definitely stay here when I visit Lisbon again.

The room was very clean and comfortable, you could smell the cleanliness as you walked through the room door. The receptionist was exceptional we asked for recommendations for dinner and she sent us to Ideal (Portuguese restaurant) and it was an excellent recommendation. She was also very knowledgeable about attractions around Lisboa and went above and beyond to make you feel welcome and to help.

Only fault which can’t really be helped was the noise of the traffic and pedestrians which made it hard to go to sleep.

Excellent breakfast, plenty of choice. Room and bathroom fine, overlooking fairly busy street but once windows were closed hardly heard anything. Very convenient for metro, a little further out from the centre but that suited us as quieter area. Staff friendly and helpful, let us store luggage when we arrived early.

Area where breakfast was set out could have been a little bigger as hotel guests tended to get in each other’s way. Not a complaint, just an observation.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, they made me feel welcome. The breakfast was good, with more than enough options to choose from as well as a few local treats. I only stayed for one night but really enjoyed the super comfy bed, the shower was quite big and the room was very quiet ( when the windows are closed obviously) even though it is so central next to the main road that goes downtown. The metro station entrance is right in front of the hotel. It smelled very nice everywhere in the hotel which was a nice little detail I didn't expect.

The hotel is very central which is good but being so close to a metro station means you hear the metro every 5 min until it stops running after midnight. So if you're super sensitive to noise like me it's best you use earplugs.
