good solid hotel for a few nights in Lisbon. The location is really good due to both the metro and a supermarket right next to the hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly and the hotel breakfast really good

The breakfast offering was excellent. My wife is ceoliac so needs a gluten free diet, and the hotel was able to oblige.

Good car parking underground. Good breakfast options. Clean and tidy room. Easy walking distance to city restaurants and cafes. Friendly and helpful staff.

Classic breakfast with eggs, ham, cheese and traditional Portuguese cookies. All prepared very professionally. Room super clean and cleaned every day. Location is good, some 15 minutes of walk from city center and very close to the metro station. Enough bars around and some exceptional restaurants within 5 minute walk. Supermarket literally next door.

Hotel is basically built above metro line, so you will hear every train and feel a little shaking, but you get used to it. The staff, while absolutely professional, could have some empathy or be a little more communicative.

An enjoyable breakfast.

There was nothing to dislike.

We liked the big comfy room, the breakfast was good, and varied from day to day. It is within walking distance from Baixa, but also other areas. There is a metro station nearby, but we did not use that. There is a supermaket glued to the hotel, which is very convenient.

We did not like the area too much, as you can see some homeless people, and people living in tents. This said, though, nothing bad happened during our stay. Another thing, was that you could hear noise coming from the nearby rooms.

I liked everything about this hotel: it’s clean, breakfast was delicious (they even had the Portuguese sweets - pastel de nata), the staff was really helpful, especially Jessica (evening shift receptionist) - she helped us to get to the center and explained everything on how metro works and she helped us to get easily to the airport. She was very kind and nice.

Me and my husband liked everything about this hotel. It’s 30-minutes walk to Alfama and Bairro Alto. 2 min walk to metro. The hotel room was very clean, they even provided us with a kettle and cups with tea. They allowed us to stay in the hotel lobby since we had a late flight. We ordered some drinks and enjoyed our time before we headed to the airport.

The room was very comfortable and there was a great selection of food both hot and cold food for breakfast. The hotel is only 30 yards from a metro station. The lounge is quite small but very nice to have a relaxing drink or meal to end the day. The reception staff were very helpful and it was just a 20 minute walk into the centre of Lisbon

Nothing major and this point could be said about most hotels. Why is the there only 3 or 4 clothes hangers in wardrobes. These items are not expensive.

The breakfast was plentiful. There were lots of options to chose from - cereal, pastries, Deli meats and cheeses, fruit salad, whole fruits, yogurt, eggs (boiled, scrambled, fried), bacon or sausages, baked beans, cooked tomatoes and mushrooms, juice, tea, coffee, etc. The breakfast staff was always kind and flexible if you arrived a little late to the service hours. Rooms were well maintained and the front desk staff were very helpful with tips for getting around the city. The location was about a 20min walk from the city centre, but the area allowed us to help ourselves to local businesses like the market across the street, the grocery store next door, and the gym down the street. Would recommend!

Nice room, excellent hot shower. Safe in the room is €3 a night but should be free and tea/coffee facilities in the room would be nice. There is a mini bar in the room which we could store our water bottle in over night and the breakfast is good.

We could hear the metro from our room but it didn’t stop us from sleeping. Lots of homeless near the hotel but they didn’t bother us and although the area seems a bit rough we never had any issues and felt safe walking everywhere. It’s approximately a 20 min walk into the centre but metro near by.
