The staff works very hard to make this a good place to stay . Everything was really as good as it gets. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious . The staff was courteous and helpful.

If I had to nitpick I would say that the shower door in our particular room did not close all the way so water got everywhere inside the bathroom after a shower but no big problem .

Really enjoyed our stay here. I wasn't expecting too much when we arrived - it's a modest looking place, but the location is great - a short stroll to the beach and with onsite parking you don't have to stress about where to park. The welcome was warm, the rooms were large and clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I really liked them and you could tell that they wanted you to have a nice stay, pointing out places to visit and helping in any way they can. Sometimes that's the most important thing about a stay. So really recommended and would stay again if I go back to Nazare

Villimar is totally lovely. The staff are friendly and helpful. Ellen, the owner, is on hand much of the time, checking in with guests, offering sight seeing suggestions, making sure the property is tip top and that her services are wonderful. Breakfast is a highlight. Fresh items, great coffee. Lounging around chatting over breakfast is the start of a fabulous day. The pool, of course, is spectacular. Villimar is a few streets back from the Nazare beachfront, which in fact is perfect, less noisy. Walking to Nazare for dinner takes minutes, and there's a lot on offer for dinner. The beaches are exceptional. Nazare is also close to Portugals 7 wonders, We had a car and visited several of them during our stay. There's a tanning, beauty and massage salon literally around the corner from Villamar. The therapeutic massage on offer is highly recommended. Nazare itself has much to offer. The old town is delightful. What a brilliant holiday.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly kind and attentive. They provided detailed recommendations for tourist attractions and restaurants, and even lent me an umbrella when needed. Whenever I encountered any difficulties, they were always there to help, making me feel at home despite traveling alone. Because of the amazing service, I decided to extend my stay by two more nights, even canceling my next destination. Highly recommend this place!

If you are lucky enough to have found this hotel - book it immediately! I actually think this may be the best hotel in Nazaré for location. It is located directly next to the bus station, so if arriving by bus your walk will be ~1 minute and you are in view of the hotel when you arrive. It’s in a section of the city where the hill isn’t as steep to get back up from the beach. The breakfast is great and includes eggs, bacon, pastries, cheese, meats, cereal, and lots of types of coffees. The pool was awesome as you aren’t able to swim in the ocean in Nazaré. Highly recommend!

The location of accommodation is very quiet in short distance to the historical center of city. The team were very nice to us and very helpful. We were here maybe 1 hour before chech-in and lady from the reception was very kind and offered us waiting in area with swimming pool. Everything was ready for us in few minutes, she gave us very good tips for trips and eating. Breakfest were tasty and various. Our room was spacious and quiet although it was next to the main door of building and reception.

Extra bed for my child was not comfortable. It makes a noise, I was able to hear every one movement of him.

-Property has plenty of parking. Gate closes in the night and you are given a code to open/close the gate. Found this very safe. -It is only a short distance to the beach and we felt safe walking. -Owner was very nice and helped us with some restaurant tips and places to visit in Nazare. -Room was large and the bed was very comfy. -Big wardrobe too with a minibar inside to keep our drinks cold. -Breakfast was tasty and liked the terrace upstairs. -Couldn't use the pool as one of the lights came out and it wasn't safe to use. We were a bit disappointed but we could understand that these things happen and that it wasn't anyone's fault for this. The owner tried fixing the issue asap.

Everything was perfect, we will be back here in the winter for the waves.

This small hotel was absolutely fabulous. We did not use the pool as we travelled during February. The room my daughter and I stayed in was spacious and lovely. Beds were very comfortable - best night sleep after many days of travelling around the country. Super friendly staff, including the owner. Great location, within walking distance to the beachfront and many restaurants. Bonus - it has secure parking in the complex, which is extremely rare in Nazare. We will definitely be back.

What can I say - except that there was nothing to dislike at all about Villamar Style Maison. Other than I'm telling you all about how great it is, so hopefully next time I travel to Nazare I can still book a room.

The room was very comfortable. There was a very nice pool and pool-side bar, but we went in early October, so not the right time to enjoy these amenities'. The morning breakfast was great - well stocked and the attendant was very nice. WE loved her tea pot collection! Easy walk to the beach. Safe parking area.

Some communication issues when booking, but everything worked out well once we arrived. The price seemed a bit high for the area.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Their recommendations on what to do and where to eat were ON POINT! Breakfast was nice and varied, and loved all the tea pots decoration. The room was surprisingly quiet, clean and comfortable. Would definitely return to this place when visiting Nazaré again.
