The property we stayed in had been recently renovated and everything was top of the range. However, having stayed at their properties a few times this is luck.

The pool area got very busy and beds were taken early in the day by people not using them. There’s an indoor pool and terrace that is hardly used - this coukd fo with refurb to make it more attractive. the staff in the restaurant are lovely and absolutely amazing but very over worked. Whereas the staff in the Kids Club are very quiet - maybe utilise staff when not busy in the Kids Club. The waiters/waitresses literally do not stop.

The location is excellent...the rooms very spacious, staff at reception and gate wonderful.

Our villa was very dated, bathrooms need refurbing (mold on tiles), as does pool and furniture updating.....just needs attention in general...air cons need replacing and some damp patches in lounge (outside area needs refreshing too), microwave old and not working.i see some neighbouring properties have been updated, we obviously weren't lucky enough to get one of these....so beware of which one you get as on booking.com the pics are all different. We had no 33........

We thought all the staff were really friendly and it was very family friendly. Really nicely maintained grounds.

The beds in our villa were not comfortable, even with an extra mattress protector. The outside pool area of our villa was a bit shabby and the patio needed pressure washed. All the facilities shut by 5pm including ordering food and drink by the poolside. The shop is very expensive and not well stocked.

We had a self catering house with a small garden and plunge pool. The house was perfect for three kids and two adults. Spacious, stylish interior that was well appointed. The communal pool area and club house was excellent with very attentive staff. Gated security offers great peace of mind.

The location, like all resorts and hotels in the area is sporadic with golf courses in between locations. There are no local services outside the property so you can expect a long walk to the centre. Cab service is prompt and about €8 to the main restaurant area.

Staff were lovely and so sweet with the children, they couldn’t have done more for us. The resort was clean and so well looked after. Grounds staff were pleasant and keeping it tidy.

Cleanliness of public areas - stairs to the indoor pool - was not pleasant. Rusty bolts, stairs looked like they had not been cleaned for a long time. The villa was aesthetically amazing, but the cleanliness of it was disappointing. Although we had cleaners in daily, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned whilst we were there so I did it. Also they knew from our booking the age of the children, furniture in the house was not child proof or safe; E.g glass coffee table with removable glass top so my husband and I removed it from the living room.

Spacious, clean villa on a very well kept resort, 20 mins from airport. Villa has stair gates, pool gates and you can request cot, high chair etc. Really well set up for kids with an excellent kids club, heated communal pool with slides, trampoline and very nice restaurant for lunch (which you can also take away from). Car needed to get around.

Villa is a little run down but has everything you need.

Lovely surroundings and facilities. Staff were extremely helpful and attentive e.g. putting on more bread in the shop when sold out or sending a dessert and cocktail for one of our guests' birthday. We were travelling with a 10 month old, and the Baby Concierge items came in extremely useful. We were able to get our room really dark to help with nap time. We were able to get restaurant meals for takeaway and get takeaway breakfast. Baby changing at main Pool area was excellent for a family to get changed, especially when waiting for our villa to be ready. Small hamper of food items left in villa for your arrival. Allowed us to check out the night before as our airport transfer was early in the morning. Toiletries provided in villa. Baby menu at restaurant was great as we are currently weaning. The only downsides were the location was slightly isolating when you do not have a hire car. We were able to go to other restaurants or supermarkets although was roughly 2km walk. Easy enough to do with sunshade on pram, asour baby loved the bumpy cobbles to go over to sleep. Children's park lovely, but perhaps not geared towards <1yr as the swings do not have barrier seats for a baby to hold on. Bar and restaurant closes for both in person and takeaway at 6.30pm, not a major issue because the food is lovely but a little earlier compared to what we are used to. Villa was very nicely decorated but had a lot of breakable and unfriendly baby items such as coffee tables and leads for floor lamps. We moved all items to a cupboard we weren't using which was not a big issue.

Beautiful location and facilities. The apartment, the grounds , the swimming pool are top class and provide for a very nice family resort feel. Location is also great, with several beaches within just a few mins drive or even walking distance

Cleaning staff would only come late in the day and one day I had to call the front desk a couple of times for the apartment to be cleaned as we were close to dinner time. Also the pool bar is really over priced.
