Centrally located, within walking distance of.main square, restaurants, riverwalk, and amenities (market and pharmacy), next to a small tranquil park with songbirds and benches to enjoy the evening breeze. Ample balcony and reliable internet. Great soundproofing to keep out street noise. Although we didn't use the pool ourselves, it looked inviting, and we saw many families enjoying it. During our visit we experienced a brief illness, requiring us to extend our stay from 2 days to >1 week -- the staff was kind, courteous and super-helpful. Can't thank them enough!

Great breakfast, wonderful location. Pool was small but peaceful and clean, lots of sunbeds. Spacious rooms and nice bathroom. Hotel was very clean and wonderful staff. Touristic train outside the hotel takes you to the beach for only 1.20€ per person each way.

The staff at reception did not inform us much of what was going around, such as festivities in nearby Montegordo town. They misinformed us about a Saturday market in a nearby town which was wrong. They did not supply us with towels for the beach saying it was only for the hotel pool. A receptionist informed us they would provide us at the beach as a section is part of the hotel with sunbeds and bar/restaurant. We paid for the sunbeds and asked for towels, to our disappointment they said they never gave out towels there. Again misinformed by reception.

Andre and Francesca at the front desk are great. They are amazing hosts and were a huge help for us. Very friendly and kind. Hotel is very clean and well taken care of. Rooms are a big in size, have air con and balcony, double bed is very spacious and comfortable, with plenty of covers and pillows. Hotel has a very clean and spacious swimming pool with an area to lay down by the pool. They also have a pool bar. I would recommend this place to anyone. ❤️

The Hotel was the perfect location..just a short stroll away to the shops and restaurants. The swimming pool was ideal... not too busy..some days we had it to ourselves. The breakfast was amazing.. read some bad reviews about the Coffee.. but for me I have no idea why... beautiful selection of fresh fruit every morning. The staff were very friendly and so helpful...I have to say it was the most relaxing two weeks I ever had - we are heading back in September for a week... that's how much we loved it.

Breakfast... good selection of hot & cold food. Breakfast staff continually replenishing food. Room.... spotlessly clean, comfortable but dated decor. Location.... excellent. Close to everything. Staff..... specifically reception. ABSOLUTELY GREAT! Welcoming, friendly and extremely helpfull.

Very good location. Two minutes walking to shops and restaurants. Good size room with a small balcony with city view. Very good facilities including a swimming pool. Excellent breakfast.

The car park is quite small. During high season it could be a problem. We went in October and had no problem.

Cleanliness and location. Good breakfast, which was plentiful, with lots of choice. Friendly staff.

People making loudspeaker phone calls on balconies, but this is not the fault of the hotel. However, if they could ban this, it would be brilliant. The lift in the hotel is tiny, 3 persons maximum. This was not a problem for us, but could possibly be, for families with small children, or for wheelchair users with carers.

The room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. We liked the fact that it had a fridge, safe and effective AC. The staff was friendly and helpful. And we really enjoyed the full English breakfast offered in the morning.

Any negatives were tied to the bathroom. The setup with only half a shower door made showering awkward if trying to keep the floor dry. Also, there were very few places to place or hang clothes or wet towels - a shelf on the wall above the toilet could provide an easy spot to do both. Also, the hanging bar at the end of the shower wall was not fully secured so that should be an easy fix.

We were impressed with the hotel from the moment we arrived. It was exceptionally clean and the staff at reception were very welcoming. Room was excellent and tea and coffee facilities and water much appreciated. Bathroom well stocked with toiletries and towels were soft and fluffy. Breakfast was also excellent with plenty of choice and all items were speedily replaced when necessary.. The overall cleanliness of all areas was impressive.

There was nothing to fault. The hotel definitely deserves a higher star rating

Just had the pleasure of staying here and I can't tell you how much we enjoyed it. We arrived a little before check in and we're allowed straight to our room . The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, next morning we had an unexpected pleasant experience regarding the breakfast buffet. There was a great choice from "appetizing* continental breakfast options, fruit and cereal and I can personally recommend the scrambled eggs bacon choice.. Did I mention the value for money to stay.
