The hotel was easy to access from the highway. The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. The AC and heating unit was quiet. The staff were super friendly.

It’s a little in the middle of nowhere so there are not any restaurants or shopping close by. The hotel restaurant food/coffee was mediocre. Paper cups in the room…porcelain and glass would be much nicer.

Check in was fast. I did eat breakfast in Restauraunt every morning, food was very good. The 3 Wait Staff I had were GREAT, I let their Manager now first morning I was there.

I requested room facing parking lot so that I could see when my RIDE was there to pick me up. When I looked out window only saw the Fans-Blowers what ever else was on roof.

Best Location, room, very friendly staffs at the reception, all others staffs for the other services, staffs at the restaurant, and food is good there. Reasonable price for food..

Should be given water bottles free for all the guests who’s staying at the hotel, not only for special memberships guests. Breakfast need to be included.. Air conditioner needs to be cleaned.

The room was OK. The carpet in the room was old and badly worn. The room needs to have a warmer feeling. The room was too simple and bare looking. I felt for the cost of the room. It was disappointing The room was clean, and the large window was a nice feature. All in all I good stay

My wife doesn't do heights very well and when I booked the room I asked about being on the ground floor. Other places have always said we will see what we can do when you get here. The Hilton immediately said they would book one of the few rooms they have on the ground floor

There was a little bit of noise because it was near the pool. But not a deal-breaker

The service was amazing in particular one of your staff members made our stay a little better each morning she was bright and courteous and extremely helpful her name was Natalie

We feel that there should be some sort of a menu in the room for your room service at the restaurant we didn't even know you had a all day restaurant in there so if there was at least the menu in the room you probably would have ate there more

Great Location right off the 401. Our room faced the field beside the hotel and we didn't hear any of the 401 traffic. Clean rooms with comfy beds. Washroom was also clean and we loved the fact the hotel offers shampoo and soap in big bottles attached to the wall inside the shower.

Darn kids running like crazy down the hallways throughout the evening till about 11:30pm. After that, it was fine. Not sure if both elevators are working but during our stay, only one seemed to work/being used.

Large, comfortable, clean room with a very nice in-house restaurant where we enjoyed cocktails in the evening and breakfast the next day. We were very impressed with the friendly competent staff! The hotel has very easy access from the 401. We left an item in our room and the staff was incredibly helpful by communicating with us and sending the item immediately.

Welcome reception was good. Breakfast was great also. It's probably one of the best breakfasts. I have had a hotel in a long time. My only recommendation would be to add Turkey sausage for people who don't eat pork. (Me)

There wasn't a fan in th bathroom, so after a shower, you couldn't see in the mirror.

Staff was fabulous and kind ,hotel was nice and clean . The coffee was great in the morning in the front lobby .

You need new pillows , your pillows were like an old cottage pillows from the 70’s . Lumpy and flat :/ Had to go to my car and get my own pillow that I had brought from home as I was going away up North thank goodness I had it in the car. But besides that everything was perfect😊❤️ Oh yeah I was upset the whirl pool was closed :( I was really looking forward to the whirl pool but I understand things need to be repaired.
